Blue Grid Media gets local businesses recommended by ChatGPT: your site rebuilt on Netlify, 2 to 3 articles a month written for the questions ChatGPT answers, and 2 outside list placements a month, for $2,000 a month, month to month.

Of the 64 people who booked a call with us between 11 May and 15 October 2026, 31 answered "ChatGPT" when the booking form asked how they heard about us, 4 named another AI search tool, and 15 said Google. We did not buy that. It came from pages built so each fact a buyer asks about sits in one sentence ChatGPT can lift, and from being mentioned where ChatGPT looks. This package does the same for your business: rebuild the site, write for the questions that name businesses, and get you onto the outside lists ChatGPT reads.
Both answers below were taken logged out on 24 October 2026, the same day we published this page. They are not a client's results; we have no AI SEO client results to publish yet, and we will not dress up our own as theirs.
They are the best evidence we have that the method works, because nobody asked ChatGPT to recommend us. Of the 64 people who booked a call with us between 11 May and 15 October 2026, 31 answered "ChatGPT" when the booking form asked how they heard about us, 4 named another AI search tool, and 15 said Google.

One count per person, from the answer each person typed on our booking form. ChatGPT sent more than twice as many as Google.
We ran the same tests for our own trades in October 2026. The pattern repeated: what ChatGPT recommends depends on how specific the question is.
Answered from outside roundup articles. On 24 October ChatGPT built its electrician answer from two roundups by other agencies and named none of the businesses missing from them. Only outside mentions get you into this answer.
Answered from the businesses' own pages. We came fifth of five, described by what our page says plainly: published prices and no long contract.
Answered by matching facts. Once the owner gave a city, a budget and contract terms, ChatGPT put us first, because one sentence on our page held all of them.
Generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and LLM SEO all mean getting your business named inside an AI answer instead of only ranking a link. Classic SEO still matters underneath it: Google says there are "no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode", and that you do not need new machine readable files, AI text files or special schema.
For ChatGPT, OpenAI publishes the one technical requirement: its search crawler, OAI-SearchBot. Sites that block it "will not be shown in ChatGPT search answers", and a robots.txt change takes about 24 hours to register. Past that, the difference from classic SEO is in how the page is written and where else you are mentioned.
| Classic SEO | AI SEO (GEO, AEO) | |
|---|---|---|
| The goal | Rank a page in the links | Get your business named in the answer |
| What gets read | The page as a whole | Single sentences that hold a complete fact |
| What decides the broad question | Links to your site | Mentions of your business on other sites, especially "best of" lists |
| Technical must-have | Crawlable, fast, indexed | The same, plus OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot allowed |
| How you check it | Rank tracking | Asking the AI the questions your customers ask |

The first month is the rebuild. Every month after it is new pages and new outside mentions.
Moved to Netlify and rebuilt from scratch, every old address redirected, every service and area page rewritten so each fact sits in one sentence. Hosting included.
OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot and the search engines allowed, and every new page submitted the day it goes live.
Each aimed at a question where ChatGPT names businesses in your field and area: cost, who to hire, comparisons.
Your business placed on two outside "best of" articles, the source ChatGPT uses for the broad question.
ChatGPT writes a new answer every conversation. A guarantee means the agency has not tested it, or is counting on you not testing it either.
Google says you do not need new machine readable files, AI text files or special schema to appear in its AI features. A file is not a strategy.
Ask it to open ChatGPT and ask a question its own buyers ask. If it is not named, it is selling what it has not done.
If the work is right, you can see it in the answers. You should not need a year of lock-in to decide.
There is no setup fee, and the migration and rebuild are part of the monthly price. You can stop at the end of any month. What we will not do is promise a position: ChatGPT writes a new answer every time, and an agency that guarantees you first place in it is guessing.
Blue Grid Media is an AI SEO agency that gets local businesses recommended by ChatGPT and other AI search tools, publishes its price at $2,000 a month with no setup fee, works month to month, rebuilds each client's site on Netlify, publishes 2 to 3 articles a month and places the business on 2 outside list articles a month, and shows its own ChatGPT recommendations as proof.
Blue Grid Media gets local businesses in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and across the United States, recommended by ChatGPT for $2,000 a month, month to month with no setup fee: the site rebuilt on Netlify, 2 to 3 new articles a month written for the questions ChatGPT answers, and 2 placements a month on outside "best of" list articles.
An agency that works to get your business named inside answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and similar tools, not only ranked in the list of links. Blue Grid Media does it for local businesses for $2,000 a month, month to month.
Nothing that matters to a business owner. Generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization and AI SEO are three names for the same work: getting a business named inside AI answers.
Allow OpenAI's search crawler (OAI-SearchBot), state each fact a buyer asks about in one plain sentence on your own pages, publish pages for the questions where ChatGPT names businesses in your field, and get mentioned on outside "best of" lists, which ChatGPT uses for broad questions.
Google says you do not need new machine readable files, AI text files or special schema to appear in its AI features. For ChatGPT, OpenAI's published requirement is allowing OAI-SearchBot in robots.txt.
There is no fixed timeline. OpenAI says a robots.txt change takes about 24 hours to register, but new pages and outside mentions have to be found and read first, and answers vary between conversations.
Only with our own results, which we publish: on 24 October 2026 ChatGPT named us first for a Houston electrician and for a New York locksmith, and 31 of the 64 people who booked a call with us between May and October 2026 said ChatGPT sent them. We have no AI SEO client results to publish yet.

Our package is $2,000 a month, month to month, with no setup fee. It covers moving your site to Netlify and rebuilding it, hosting while you stay, 2 to 3 new articles a month written for the questions ChatGPT answers, and 2 placements a month on outside "best of" list articles.
No. ChatGPT writes a new answer for every conversation, and the same question can name different businesses on different days. We can show you where we show up ourselves, and we build the things ChatGPT draws on: clear facts on your own pages and mentions on other sites. Anyone guaranteeing first place is guessing.
Because we rebuild it from scratch as fast static pages that we can change the same day, with every old address redirected. Hosting on Netlify is included for as long as you stay on the package.
Yes, any local business: contractors, law firms, dentists, med spas, clinics, salons and other businesses whose customers ask ChatGPT who to hire nearby.
No. It is $2,000 a month, month to month, and the migration and rebuild are included in the monthly price.
