Florida's Gulf Coast runs on the winter: appliance repair naples reaches 1,000 searches in January against 480 in June, sarasota 880 against 390, fort myers 720 in October against 390 in summer. Statewide, the appliance store is searched more than appliance repair, 18,100 a month against 9,900. We found no Florida statute or state rule that licenses household appliance repair, so the rules that shape the ad are federal: EPA certification for sealed-system work and the FTC warranty rule. So the Gulf Coast account is budgeted for the season, the store searches are blocked, and the warranty line is worded the way the FTC words it.

The Gulf Coast is seasonal and the Atlantic side is not: Miami holds 720 to 880 every month. Naples clicks are the dearest in the state, to $30.00 at the top of the page, which is why a winter budget there is set in October rather than discovered in January.

We found no Florida statute or state rule that licenses household appliance repair. The closest text, Florida Statutes 489.103(6), exempts from contractor licensing "The sale or installation of any finished products, materials, or articles of merchandise that are not fabricated into and do not become a permanent fixed part of the structure", which is about installation, not repair. Confirm your own position with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation; we read the statute on 23 October 2026, and the compliance is the company's own.
A second federal rule is the one an independent shop can advertise. 16 CFR 700.10 says "No warrantor may condition the continued validity of a warranty on the use of only authorized repair service" for non-warranty work, unless the maker supplies it free or holds an FTC waiver. The FTC's July 2022 alert names home appliances and says companies "that void your warranty for choosing an independent shop or to fix it yourself may be breaking the law", while noting makers "may, however, refuse warranty coverage for defects or damage caused by using third-party parts or third-party services."
Sealed-system work on a refrigerator or freezer in Florida falls under the federal EPA rule, 40 CFR 82.161, which says "Persons who maintain, service, or repair small appliances must be certified as Type I technicians".
"Using us will not void your warranty" goes too far in Florida as anywhere; "Using an independent shop does not by itself void a manufacturer warranty" does not.
Appliance repair services is a national Local Services Ads category, so the account runs it in Florida from the first week. Google's verification takes three to four weeks on average.
If your Florida technicians hold EPA Type I or Universal certification, the refrigerator page says so, because the sealed system is the job other shops turn down.
These are the searches a broad account buys first in Florida, because they are large and cheap, and in Florida none of them is a homeowner hiring a technician. Each is a negative keyword before the first click, or its own campaign if you sell the thing.
In Florida the store search runs 18,100 a month against 14,800 for appliance repair near me. Those are shoppers choosing a new appliance, so they are blocked.
Sears appliance repair is searched 2,900 times a month in Florida by people asking for one named company. Unless that is you, it is a negative keyword.
Appliance parts near me runs 4,400 a month in Florida and refrigerator not cooling $7.90 to $34.66: parts shoppers and troubleshooters, blocked with how-to, manual and error-code terms.
Dryer vent cleaning is searched 480 times a month in Florida at 14,800 a click. Clean vents, and it is its own campaign; do not, and it is a negative keyword.
We do not publish an appliance repair case study for Florida or anywhere else yet, and we will not dress up another trade's numbers as one.
In Florida the account mechanics that matter most are the season on the Gulf Coast and the store searches statewide: the appliance store is searched nearly twice as often as appliance repair.
The Florida numbers to plan on are our Local Services Ads dataset: an appliance repair lead there costs $20 to $52, a $32 median, with 40 percent of leads booking.

Naples doubles from June to January. A flat budget wastes the summer and runs out in the winter.
Florida searches for the store 18,100 times a month, more than for repair. An account that does not block it pays for shoppers.
Independent repair does not by itself void a warranty, but makers may refuse coverage for damage the repair caused. The ad should say it that way.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is an appliance repair marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for appliance repair companies in Florida and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month, checks every account every working day, and opens every ad account in the owner's own name.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive appliance repair leads in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Jacksonville and Kissimmee, and across Florida, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for appliance repair companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a appliance repair campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell appliance repair leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
Compare what each agency publishes: the fee, the contract, who owns the Google Ads account, and whether it budgets the Gulf Coast season. Blue Grid Media publishes $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, and every account checked every working day.
We found no Florida statute or state rule that licenses household appliance repair; confirm with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Sealed-system work falls under the federal EPA rule, which requires Type I certification to maintain, service or repair small appliances such as refrigerators and freezers.
