The short version

Appliance repair marketing prices run from $295 a month to $2,500, and the fee for Google Ads specifically from $500 to $1,250.

Of the appliance repair marketing companies we checked on 23 October 2026, the agencies that publish a price charge between $295 and $2,500 a month, and the price of Google Ads management specifically ranges from a $500 minimum to Appliance Marketing Pros' $1,250 tier. Lead sellers price by the lead or the call instead, from $22 to $85. Blue Grid Media charges $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, with a $750 setup. Against a $150 to $400 service call, the fee matters less than two things the price list does not show: how long you are committed, and whether the website and the account stay yours when you leave.

Every price we could find

Appliance repair marketing prices, published by the companies themselves

Each row comes from the provider's own website, read on 23 October 2026, and links to it in the sources at the bottom. If a company does not publish a price, it is not on this table; we did not take anyone's fee from a third-party article, and where a third-party list disagrees with the provider's own page, the provider's page wins.

Two models sit side by side and they are not the same product. A management fee pays someone to run an ad account in your name, and the ad spend goes to Google. A per-lead or per-call price buys the lead itself, from an account the seller owns.

The share that reaches the ads

What each fee leaves for Google on a $2,500 ad budget

A fee only means something next to the spend it manages. At $2,500 of ad spend a month, the published fees leave very different shares for the ads. The percentage models are cheapest at this size and grow with the budget; the flat ones stay put.

Provider and planMonthly fee at $2,500 spendTotal a monthShare reaching the ads
Internet Ad Pros (15%, $500 minimum)$500$3,00083%
Falcon Digital Marketing ($500 or 20%)$500$3,00083%
Blue Grid Media$795$3,29576%
Appliance Marketing Pros, Brand Demand Engine$1,250$3,75067%
Media Spearhead, from$1,200$3,70068%

Our arithmetic on the published fees. Setup fees are left out because they are paid once. Shtin's $900 needs a $100 a day minimum, about $3,000 a month, so it is not comparable at $2,500.

The number that decides it

The fee measured in booked jobs, at your own numbers

Our Local Services Ads dataset puts an appliance repair lead at $20 to $52, a $32 median, with 40 percent of leads booking. On a $150 to $400 service call, a $795 fee is two to five jobs a month. Use the calculator with your own ticket and booking rate. If the fee takes more than a handful of jobs to cover, the budget is too small for paid search to be the first channel, and Local Services Ads run directly are the better start.

Defaults are placeholders: $45 a lead sits inside the $38 to $69 Google Ads range 99 Calls publishes for appliance repair; 40 percent is the booking rate in our Local Services Ads dataset for appliance repair; $275 is the middle of the $150 to $400 service call our appliance repair page uses. Read past the monthly number

Three things the monthly price does not tell you

Two agencies can publish the same fee and cost you very different amounts. These are the terms that decide it.

How long you are committedMonth to month or 6 months

Appliance Marketing Pros publishes a 6-month agreement that renews automatically, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Blue Grid Media, Appliance Repair Marketing, Media Spearhead, Internet Ad Pros and Falcon publish month to month.

Whether the website is yoursOwned or leased

Appliance Marketing Pros says its website "is leased as part of your program" and that it cannot work with an existing site. With us the account, the landing pages and the call tracking numbers stay with you.

Which channels the fee coversGoogle Ads, LSA, SEO

Appliance Marketing Pros includes Local Services Ads from its $695 tier and Google Search Ads from its $1,250 tier; Quicke runs no Google Ads at all; ours is $795 for Google Ads and $995 with LSA.

Before you sign anything

Three things worth walking away from

An auto-renewing term you did not read

If the agreement renews for another six months unless you give notice, put the notice date in your calendar the day you sign.

A website you cannot take with you

A leased site goes when the agency goes. Ask before you sign whether the site, the domain and the call tracking numbers are yours.

A per-lead price with no definition of a lead

Ask whether a short call, a wrong number or a parts question counts, and whether bad ones are credited.

What it costs

Our pricing, published, same as every other page on this site

$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.

The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.

Blue Grid Media is an appliance repair marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for appliance repair companies across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, checks every account every working day, and opens every ad account in the owner's own name.

Blue Grid Media provides exclusive appliance repair leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.

What your budget actually buys

On a $5,000 a month budget, $795 pays for management and $4,205 reaches the ads.

Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for appliance repair companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.

On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.

Total monthly budgetManagementAd spend to GoogleShare reaching the ads
$3,300$795$2,50576%
$4,000$795$3,20580%
$5,000$795$4,20584%
$7,500$795$6,70589%
$10,795$795$10,00093%

Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795.

Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a campaign campaign to learn from its own calls.

Exclusive leads

Exclusive appliance repair leads, because you own the account they come from

We do not sell leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

A shared lead from a lead seller

  • Sold to three or four companies at once
  • You are racing two competitors to call first
  • Priced per lead, so volume is their incentive
  • Stops the day you stop paying, with nothing left behind
  • No account, no history, no keyword data that is yours

An exclusive lead from your own account

  • Yours only. Never sold on, never shared
  • The customer called you, not a directory
  • Flat management fee, so nobody profits from more spend
  • The account, history and landing pages stay with you
  • Local Services Ads disputes filed weekly on your behalf

Do you provide exclusive appliance repair leads in New York?
Yes. We run exclusive appliance repair lead campaigns in New York, including Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester, and in more than 45 other United States metros. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account held in your name, so they are never resold and never shared with another company.
Which cities do you run exclusive appliance repair lead campaigns in?
We run exclusive appliance repair lead campaigns in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and across roughly 50 metros nationwide. Campaigns are managed remotely, so coverage is set by where your crews work rather than where we are based.
Are your appliance repair leads shared with other appliance repair companies?
No. We are not a lead seller. A shared lead is sold to three or four appliance repair companies at once. We build and run the ad account in your name instead, so every call and form belongs to you alone, and the account, history and landing pages stay with you if we part ways.

Questions appliance repair owners ask about marketing costs

How much should an appliance repair company pay a marketing agency?

The appliance repair agencies that publish a price charge from $295 a month (Appliance Marketing Pros' website tier) to $2,500 (its top tier, and Appliance Repair Marketing's starting plan), usually with a setup fee, and ad spend paid to Google on top. Google Ads management specifically runs from a $500 minimum (Internet Ad Pros, Falcon) to $1,250 (Appliance Marketing Pros). Blue Grid Media charges $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, and a $750 setup, month to month.

What does Appliance Marketing Pros charge?

Its pricing page lists $295 a month plus a $500 setup, $695 plus $1,000 (which adds Local Services Ads management), $1,250 plus $1,500 (which adds Google Search Ads management) and $2,500 plus $2,000, on a 6-month agreement that renews automatically, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is it cheaper to buy appliance repair leads per lead?

Per lead, often: 99 Calls publishes $24.99 for an organic lead and $38 to $69 for a Google Ads lead, Service Direct $22 to $85, and The Client Connector from $35 a call. You keep nothing when you stop, though: no account, no keyword data, no history.

What does an appliance repair lead cost on Google?

On Local Services Ads, $20 to $52 in our dataset, a $32 median, with 40 percent booking. On Search, 99 Calls publishes $38 to $69 as the nationwide 10th to 90th percentile for appliance repair Google Ads leads.

Is a percentage-of-spend fee better for a small appliance repair company?

At a small budget it can be cheaper: 15 or 20 percent of $2,500 is under the $500 minimums Internet Ad Pros and Falcon publish, so you pay $500. It grows with the budget, though, and a flat fee does not; ours is $795 to $10,000 of spend, then 10 percent.

Do I pay the ad spend to the agency?

Not with us. Google bills the ad spend to you directly, and our fee is separate. Ask any agency whether its fee includes the ad spend, because one all-in number hides how much reaches Google.

What does the first month cost?

$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy. Our Spanish-language agency page is at /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
