Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for roofing companies in Florida, from Miami and Tampa to Orlando, Jacksonville and Fort Myers: exclusive leads from an account in your name, $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, month to month.

Searches for a roofer in Florida ran 12,100 a month through the summer of 2026 and 33,100 in September 2025, the peak of hurricane season. Almost none of those homeowners typed the word insurance; they typed roofer near me and roof repair near me. Florida law also sets exact wording for any roofing ad that encourages a claim. So the account is built on the terms people actually search, with the budget ready to double in a week, and with landing pages that carry the statutory disclosure where insurance comes up, because Google ad headlines cannot.
These are Keyword Planner figures for the state of Florida, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. The average hides the shape of the year, so the September 2025 figure and the summer 2026 run are shown beside it. Keyword Planner rounds to buckets, which is why several months repeat.
Two things stand out. The storm peak is real and it is large: every repair and replacement term roughly doubled in September 2025. And there is a second peak nobody plans for: roofer near me ran 27,100 in both January and February 2026, the dry season, when replacements that were put off after the storms get booked.
| Florida search | Monthly average | September 2025 | Summer 2026 (Jun to Aug) | Top-of-page click |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| roofer near me | 18,100 | 33,100 | 12,100 | $20.86 to $85.21 |
| roofing companies near me | 14,800 | 27,100 | 12,100 | $24.11 to $102.00 |
| roof repair near me | 8,100 | 18,100 | 4,400 to 8,100 | $22.81 to $91.28 |
| roof replacement near me | 4,400 | 8,100 | 1,900 to 5,400 | $22.50 to $90.85 |
| roofing contractors near me | 2,900 | 6,600 | 1,000 to 1,600 | $17.38 to $88.41 |
| metal roof installation | 1,900 | 4,400 | 880 to 1,300 | $6.50 to $48.94 |
| roof leak repair | 1,900 | 4,400 | 1,300 to 1,600 | $17.99 to $80.00 |
| roof inspection near me | 1,000 | 2,900 | 720 to 1,000 | $29.90 to $99.79 |
| emergency roof repair | 590 | 1,300 | 390 to 1,600 | $25.43 to $83.56 |
| tile roof repair | 480 | 1,000 | 260 to 320 | $27.92 to $103.71 |
| roofing insurance claim | 90 | 390 | 40 to 90 | $4.38 to $29.00 |
Google Keyword Planner, geography Florida, read 14 October 2026. Emergency roof repair ran 1,600 in July 2026 and 140 in January, the widest swing of any term. The word insurance barely appears in what homeowners type, which matters for the law section below.
Monthly Florida searches for roofer near me, September 2025 to August 2026. The lighter bars are the summer floor. The year has two peaks, the storm peak in September and the dry-season peak in January and February, and an account budgeted flat across twelve months misses both.
Blue Grid Media runs exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Pensacola and Tallahassee, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, Escambia and Leon counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your crews work rather than where we sit.
The metro terms below are what a homeowner types when they add the city, read from Keyword Planner for Florida on 14 October 2026. They sit on top of the near me searches above, which Google resolves to the searcher's location, so a Tampa account competes for far more than the 2,300 searches that name Tampa.
| Metro search | Monthly average | September 2025 | Top-of-page click |
|---|---|---|---|
| roofers tampa + roofing company tampa | 2,320 | 5,300 | $17.94 to $84.26 |
| roofing company miami + roofers miami | 2,300 | 5,500 | $3.43 to $80.47 |
| roofing company orlando + roofers orlando | 2,000 | 3,800 | $18.58 to $85.68 |
| roofing company jacksonville + roofers jacksonville | 1,880 | 2,600 | $19.83 to $91.20 |
| roofers pensacola | 880 | 1,000 | $16.00 to $83.15 |
| roofing company fort myers | 720 | 1,000 | $15.37 to $77.15 |
| roofers naples fl | 590 | 2,900 | $14.01 to $63.06 |
| roofers west palm beach | 590 | 1,000 | $23.88 to $104.74 |
| roofers st petersburg | 480 | 2,900 | $29.28 to $79.53 |
| roofers sarasota | 390 | 720 | $20.10 to $99.62 |
| roofers fort lauderdale | 320 | 390 | $11.17 to $95.00 |
| roofers tallahassee | 320 | 390 | $27.92 to $134.94 |
| roofers cape coral | 210 | 480 | $13.82 to $72.00 |
Naples and St. Petersburg show the sharpest storm multiples, 2,900 in September 2025 against a few hundred in a normal month. Tallahassee has the most expensive click in the state at the top of the page. Where two phrasings exist the table adds them; Keyword Planner reports them separately.
NOAA's hurricane climatology puts the Atlantic season at June 1 to November 30, the peak of the season on September 10, and most activity between mid-August and mid-October. The search data above lands exactly there. The account is built for that calendar rather than for an even twelve months.
Repair, replacement, metal and tile campaigns run at the normal budget. The emergency and tarping campaign is built, approved and paused, with its own landing page, so it can go live in hours rather than days.
When a storm is forecast the paused campaign goes live and the daily budgets on repair and inspection rise. Clicks cost more in these weeks because every roofer in the state is bidding, so the account leans on the terms the national storm chasers do not buy: the city names, tile and metal, and the Spanish-language searches.
Emergency volume falls fast, replacement searches stay high, and the insurance conversation starts. This is where the landing pages carry the statutory wording, below, and where estimate follow-up decides the year.
Roofer near me ran 27,100 a month in both months in 2026, higher than any summer month. Replacements put off during the storms get booked in the dry season. An account that cut its budget after Thanksgiving misses it.
Section 489.147 of the 2026 Florida Statutes defines a "prohibited advertisement" as any written or electronic communication by a contractor that "encourages, instructs, or induces a consumer to contact a contractor or public adjuster for the purpose of making an insurance claim for roof damage", unless it states, in a font of at least 12 points and at least half the size of the largest font used, three things: that the consumer is responsible for paying any insurance deductible; that it is insurance fraud, a third-degree felony, for a contractor to knowingly pay, waive or rebate any part of a deductible; and that it is insurance fraud, a third-degree felony, to intentionally file a claim containing false, incomplete or misleading information.
The same section prohibits soliciting a residential property owner with a prohibited advertisement, and offering "a rebate, gift, gift card, cash, coupon, waiver of any insurance deductible, or any other thing of value" in exchange for allowing an inspection or making a claim. We read the statute on 14 October 2026; it is linked in the sources, and it is the roofer's own compliance, not ours, so read it yourself as well.
What it means for a Google Ads account is simple. A search ad headline is 30 characters and cannot carry three sentences of disclosure, so our Florida roofing ads do not encourage insurance claims at all. They bid on what homeowners actually search, roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection and emergency roof repair, and the landing page carries the statutory wording wherever insurance is discussed. The search data makes this cheap to do: roofing insurance claim was searched 90 times a month in Florida against 18,100 for roofer near me.
Free roof inspection for your insurance claim. We will handle the deductible. Both halves are the problem: the first is a prohibited advertisement unless the disclosure travels with it, and the second describes a third-degree felony. Any agency proposing either for a Florida account has not read Chapter 489.
Florida licenses roofing contractors at state level. Section 489.105 defines a roofing contractor as one "whose services are unlimited in the roofing trade", and section 489.113 requires anyone contracting statewide to be certified by passing the board's examination, and anyone contracting locally to be registered. Roofers is a national Google Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, so a licensed Florida roofer can carry the Google Verified badge after Google's licence, insurance and background checks.
We ask for the licence number on the first call. It goes into the Local Services Ads application, into the ad copy as "licensed and insured", and onto the landing pages, where a Florida homeowner who has been through two storm seasons looks for it before calling.
Google does not verify a roofing licence to run Search ads. We do, because an unlicensed roofer advertising in Florida is a problem for the roofer, and the ads would be selling work the law does not allow them to take.
Google checks the state licence, general liability insurance and runs a background check before a roofer can show with the Google Verified badge. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.
Every Florida landing page we build shows the CCC licence number and the insurance, and carries the 489.147 wording wherever insurance claims are discussed.
Florida roofs are tile, metal and shingle in proportions the rest of the country does not have, and the searches follow. Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and converts at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign rather than sharing one budget with the rest.
The job the account exists for. Replacement and roofing companies near me terms, with the landing page built around the estimate booking.
The highest-volume terms in the state and the entry point to replacement. Roof repair near me doubled in September 2025 and climbs again every January.
The cheapest high-value click in Florida roofing. Metal buyers have already chosen the product and are looking for an installer; far fewer roofers bid on the term.
A Florida-specific job with an expensive click and a specialist buyer. Separate copy, separate page, because a shingle ad does not convert a tile homeowner.
The storm campaign: built in May, paused, and live within hours of a forecast. Tarping clicks run $0.80 to $18.84, the cheapest in the trade.
Real estate and post-storm inspections. The landing page carries the insurance disclosure because this is where the claim conversation starts.
Small volume, large tickets, a separate buyer. Runs only when the roofer wants the work and can staff it.
Florida has one of the largest Spanish-speaking populations in the country. We write the Spanish ad copy and run the account in Spanish for owners who prefer it.
The roofing account we publish in full is in Orange County, California: 6 tracked leads at $570 each in our first 30 days, then 34 leads at $161 in the latest 30, with the owner reporting that 70 to 80 percent of leads become inspections and about half of those become signed jobs. Every number in it comes from the account, and it includes the slow first month and why it was slow.
The mechanics transfer to Florida unchanged: one campaign per job type, calls set as the goal the account bids toward, metal roofing given its own campaign, and a county that never produced a lead cut from targeting. The calendar and the statute above are what change. When a Florida roofing account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will appear here with the same detail.
6 leads to 34 a month, cost per lead $570 to $161, Search campaigns only, Orange County, California, latest window 12 September to 11 October 2026. It is linked from the FAQ below and from /case-studies.
That is the prohibited advertisement in section 489.147 unless the full disclosure travels with it, and a Google ad headline cannot carry it. The roofer, not the agency, carries the risk.
Florida roofing demand doubles in September and peaks again in January. An account spending the same every month underspends both peaks and overspends the November trough.
The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in the most expensive roofing auction in the country. Ours leaves $4,205.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a roofing marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for roofing companies in Florida and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every roofing ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive roofing leads in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Pensacola and Tallahassee, and across Florida, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for roofing companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a roofing campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell roofing leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, and whether they know Florida's roofing advertising law. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, and this page on section 489.147.
Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single metro such as Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville, and plan to double the daily budgets for the weeks around a storm. Florida roofing clicks run roughly $20 to $85 at the top of the page. Our published Orange County roofing account spent $5,469 in its latest 30 days for 230 clicks and 34 leads, $161 a lead; Florida click prices are in the same range, so $3,000 a month buys roughly 60 to 120 clicks and, at a similar click-to-lead rate, 10 to 18 leads.
Only with the disclosure section 489.147 requires: that the consumer pays any deductible, that waiving or rebating a deductible is insurance fraud and a third-degree felony, and that filing a false or misleading claim is the same, all in a font of at least 12 points and half the size of the largest font. A Google search ad cannot carry that, so we do not write ads that encourage claims. The landing page carries the wording wherever insurance is discussed.
Twice. Roofer near me ran 33,100 searches in September 2025, the peak of hurricane season, against 12,100 a month through the summer of 2026, and it ran 27,100 in both January and February 2026, the dry season, when postponed replacements get booked. NOAA puts the peak of the Atlantic season on September 10.
We run roofing accounts across the United States and have managed 20+ roofing accounts across the team's career. Our published roofing case study is in Orange County, California, and we do not publish client counts by state because we would be guessing. When a Florida roofing account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will be on this page.
Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Pensacola and Tallahassee, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, Escambia and Leon counties. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account in your name, never resold and never shared with another roofer.
Yes. Roofers is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Florida restriction. Google checks the state roofing licence, general liability insurance and a background check before the Google Verified badge shows. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on the first day.
Google does not check a licence for Search ads, but Florida requires one to contract: section 489.113 requires certification for statewide work and registration for local work. We ask for the licence number before building the account and will not run roofing ads for an unlicensed company, because the ads would be selling work the law does not let them take.
Yes. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy. Our Spanish-language agency page is at /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.
