The short version

Georgia has no state roofing licence, the Atlanta suburbs carry the most expensive roofing clicks we have measured, and demand doubles in August.

Roofing companies near me ran 12,100 searches in Georgia in August 2026 against 2,900 in November, and a click for roofers alpharetta tops out at $138.51, higher than anything in Florida or Texas. The state does not license roofers; the Secretary of State's policy lets specialty contractors work within their trade without a residential or general contractor licence. So the account is built to prove the company is real, bid by suburb rather than by metro, and budgeted for a summer peak most accounts never see coming.

What Georgia homeowners search

Roofing companies near me, 6,600 times a month on average and 12,100 in August

Keyword Planner figures for the state of Georgia, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. The trough is November, when roof replacement near me falls to 210.

There is a winter planning window too: roof inspection near me ran 1,000 in January and February, replacement near me 2,400 in February, and roofers alpharetta 1,600 in February, which is where the spring replacement market starts.

Where in Georgia

Exclusive roofing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Augusta, Savannah and every Georgia metro that searches

Blue Grid Media runs exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb and Muscogee counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your crews work.

The Atlanta suburbs are the expensive part of this state. Alpharetta, Marietta and Lawrenceville all run above $95 a click at the top of the page, Lawrenceville to $168.49, which is why a Georgia account bids by suburb with its own budget rather than as one Atlanta campaign.

The calendar

Spring hail, summer storms, and a hurricane season on the coast from June 1

Georgia roofing is bought in summer. Roofing companies near me climbs from 5,400 in April to 8,100 in May, 9,900 in June and 12,100 in August, and emergency roof repair runs 880 in July against 50 in October. NOAA puts the Atlantic hurricane season at June 1 to November 30 with its peak on September 10, which is the calendar for Savannah and the coast. The account is built for both.

January and February: the planning window

Roof inspection near me 1,000, replacement near me 2,400, Alpharetta 2,020. Replacement and inspection campaigns run at full budget while the storm campaign is built, approved and paused.

May to August: the peak

Roofing companies near me doubles between April and August. Budgets rise, the storm campaign goes live within hours of a storm, and the account bids by suburb so Alpharetta's $138 click does not eat Macon's budget.

September: the coast

Roof repair near me 5,400, roof replacement near me 3,600, metal roofing near me 1,600. Savannah and the coast follow the NOAA calendar; the rest of the state is still in storm follow-through.

November: the trough

Replacement near me falls to 210. The account does not switch off; it moves budget to inspection and commercial work and keeps the history warm for January.

Licensing

Georgia has no state roofing licence, so the account has to prove the company is real

Georgia does not license roofing contractors at state level. The State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors says that under O.C.G.A. 43-41-17 "specialty contractors who offer or contract to perform or undertake or perform for an owner limited, specialty, or specific trade contractor work do not have to hold a license as a residential or general contractor if they are performing work within their specialty", and that traditional specialty contractors "will not be required to carry a residential or general contractor license but will be required to comply with all applicable national, state, and local codes and ordinances". Section 43-41-17(g) separately allows repair work by an unlicensed person who discloses that they hold no licence, provided the work does not affect structural integrity. The board's published specialty list, which it says is still under development, includes Flat Roofing and Sheet Metal Roofing. We read all of it on 14 October 2026; the compliance is the roofer's own.

For the account that means two things. Roofers is a national Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, and Google runs its insurance and background checks before the Google Verified badge shows, so a verified Georgia roofer carries a trust mark the storm crews do not. And the ads and landing pages do the work a licence number does elsewhere: the physical address, the years in business, the insurance certificate and the manufacturer certifications, stated plainly.

Google AdsNo licence check by Google

Google does not verify a roofing licence to run Search ads, and Georgia has none to check. We ask for the insurance certificate and the county business licence before building anything.

Local Services AdsInsurance and background check

Google checks general liability insurance and runs a background check before a Georgia roofer can show with the Google Verified badge. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.

The landing pageAddress, insurance, years in business

Every Georgia landing page we build shows the physical address, the insurance, the years in business and the manufacturer certifications, because that is what a homeowner checks when the state does not.

What gets its own campaign

Seven Georgia roofing jobs, each with its own campaign and landing page

Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and converts at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign rather than sharing one budget with the rest.

Roof replacement1,300 + 880 a month, 3,600 in September

The job the account exists for, with a September peak and a February planning window. The landing page is built around the estimate booking.

Roof repair and leaks2,900 + 2,400 + 880 a month

The highest-volume terms in the state after roofing companies near me, with a September peak of 5,400 for roof repair near me.

Storm and emergency repair210 + 110 a month, 880 in July

The summer campaign: built in spring, paused, live within hours. The most expensive click in the state, up to $130.10, so it is bid by suburb and switched off the day after the storm volume fades.

Roof inspection480 a month, 1,000 in January and February

The winter planning campaign, and the entry point to the spring replacement conversation.

Metal roofing720 + 590 a month, $4.96 to $40.00 a click

The cheapest high-value click in Georgia roofing, with a September peak of 1,600. Metal buyers have chosen the product and are looking for an installer.

Commercial roofingBy request

Small volume by name, large tickets, a separate buyer. Runs only when the roofer wants the work and can staff it.

Spanish-language searchesServed in Spanish end to end

We write the Spanish ad copy and run the account in Spanish for owners who prefer it, in Gwinnett, Cobb and the Atlanta metro.

What we can show

Our published roofing case study is in California. We do not have a Georgia one yet, and we will not invent one.

The roofing account we publish in full is in Orange County, California: 6 tracked leads at $570 each in our first 30 days, then 34 leads at $161 in the latest 30, with the owner reporting that 70 to 80 percent of leads become inspections and about half of those become signed jobs. Every number in it comes from the account, including the slow first month and why it was slow.

The mechanics transfer to Georgia unchanged: one campaign per job type, calls set as the goal the account bids toward, metal roofing given its own campaign, and a county that never produced a lead cut from targeting. The suburb-level bidding and the summer calendar above are what change. When a Georgia roofing account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will appear here with the same detail.

Three things worth walking away from in Georgia

One Atlanta campaign for the whole metro

Alpharetta runs to $138.51 a click, Lawrenceville to $168.49, Macon to $51.79. One campaign with one bid spends the Macon budget on Alpharetta clicks and reports it as a lead cost.

A budget that is flat from April to November

Georgia roofing demand runs 12,100 in August and 2,900 in November. An account spending the same every month underspends the summer and overspends the trough.

A $2,000 management fee on a $5,000 budget

The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in the Atlanta suburbs, where a roofing click runs above $95. Ours leaves $4,205.

What it costs

Our pricing, published, same as every other page on this site

$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.

The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.

Blue Grid Media is a roofing marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for roofing companies in Georgia and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every roofing ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.

Blue Grid Media provides exclusive roofing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Georgia, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.

What your budget actually buys

On a $5,000 a month budget, $795 pays for management and $4,205 reaches the ads.

Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for roofing companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.

On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.

Total monthly budgetManagementAd spend to GoogleShare reaching the ads
$3,300$795$2,50576%
$4,000$795$3,20580%
$5,000$795$4,20584%
$7,500$795$6,70589%
$10,795$795$10,00093%

Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.

Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a roofing campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.

Exclusive leads

Exclusive roofing leads in Georgia, because you own the account they come from

We do not sell roofing leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

A shared lead from a lead seller

  • Sold to three or four roofing companies at once
  • You are racing two competitors to call first
  • Priced per lead, so volume is their incentive
  • Stops the day you stop paying, with nothing left behind
  • No account, no history, no keyword data that is yours

An exclusive lead from your own account

  • Yours only. Never sold on, never shared
  • The homeowner called you, not a directory
  • Flat management fee, so nobody profits from more spend
  • The account, history and landing pages stay with you
  • Local Services Ads disputes filed weekly on your behalf

Exclusive roofing leads, by Georgia region

Blue Grid Media provides exclusive roofing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Georgia, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.

Do you provide exclusive roofing leads in Atlanta?
Yes. We run exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Atlanta and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb and Clayton counties, bid by suburb. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account held in your name, so they are never resold.
Do you provide exclusive roofing leads in Alpharetta and Marietta?
Yes. Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek and Kennesaw, each with its own budget because the clicks there run above $95 at the top of the page.
Do you provide exclusive roofing leads in Augusta, Savannah and Macon?
Yes. Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, each with its own campaign set in your account, with Savannah on the NOAA hurricane calendar.
Are your Georgia roofing leads shared with other roofers?
No. We are not a lead seller. A shared lead is sold to three or four roofers at once. We build and run the ad account in your name, so every call and form belongs to you alone, and the account, history and landing pages stay with you if we part ways.

Questions Georgia roofers ask us

Who is the best roofing marketing agency in Georgia?

There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, and whether they bid the Atlanta suburbs separately. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, and this page on where the clicks cost what.

How much should a roofing company in Georgia spend on Google Ads?

Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single market, and plan to double the daily budgets from May to August. Georgia roofing clicks run roughly $15 to $90 at the top of the page statewide and above $95 in the north Atlanta suburbs. Our published Orange County roofing account spent $5,469 in its latest 30 days for 230 clicks and 34 leads, $161 a lead; in Alpharetta or Marietta the same budget buys fewer clicks, so expect a higher cost per lead there than in Macon or Augusta.

Does Georgia license roofing contractors?

No. The State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors says specialty contractors working within their specialty do not need a residential or general contractor licence, under O.C.G.A. 43-41-17, and must comply with codes and local ordinances instead. Counties and cities require business licences and permits. Roofers is still a national Local Services Ads category, and Google runs insurance and background checks before the Google Verified badge shows.

When does roofing demand peak in Georgia?

August, at 12,100 searches for roofing companies near me in August 2026 against 2,900 in November, with the climb starting in May. Roof repair near me and roof replacement near me peak in September, at 5,400 and 3,600, and there is a January and February planning window when roof inspection near me runs 1,000.

Do you provide exclusive roofing leads in Atlanta, Marietta and Alpharetta?

Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Lawrenceville and the north metro, bid by suburb because the click prices differ by three times across them. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account in your name, never resold and never shared with another roofer.

Do you provide exclusive roofing leads in Augusta, Savannah, Macon and Columbus?

Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive roofing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb and Muscogee counties, each with its own campaign set in your account.

Is roofing eligible for Google Local Services Ads in Georgia?

Yes. Roofers is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Georgia restriction. Google checks insurance and runs a background check before the Google Verified badge shows, three to four weeks on average.

Do you have roofing clients in Georgia?

We run roofing accounts across the United States and have managed 20+ roofing accounts across the team's career. Our published roofing case study is in Orange County, California, and we do not publish client counts by state because we would be guessing. When a Georgia roofing account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will be on this page.

What does the first month cost for a Georgia roofer?

$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.

Do you work with Spanish-speaking roofing companies in Georgia?

Yes. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy. Our Spanish-language agency page is at /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
