LSA Review Generation Checklist

A repeatable system for getting consistent reviews after every job

Reviews are the single biggest LSA ranking factor. This checklist sets up a system so no completed job goes without a review request — and so you are never caught flat-footed when a negative review needs a response. Set this up once, then run it as a habit after every job.

3 Review request sent within 2 hours of every completed job (while the job is still fresh for the customer)
4 Follow-up SMS sent if no review is received within 48 hours of the first request
5 Follow-up email sent if no review is received within 72 hours (use the same link — different channel)
6 Every positive review responded to within 48 hours (thank them by name, mention the service performed)
7 Every negative review addressed with the customer directly before posting a public response
8 Public response to any negative review written professionally (no arguing, no excuses — just facts and a path to resolution)
9 Monthly review velocity target set (minimum 4 new reviews per month to maintain ranking momentum)
10 Review request process added to technician post-job checklist so it is not skipped on busy days
11 QR code for review link printed or saved on technician phones (for customers who prefer not to receive texts)
12 Weekly review count tracked against monthly target (at least 1 new review per week on average)
13 Top-ranked competitor's review count checked monthly to gauge how your velocity compares
