A Transparency Ranking, Not a Results Ranking
Garage door is one of two trades Google restricts in the United States. Before a garage door company can run Search ads, it has to pass Advanced Verification, and Google says it may ask for re-verification every year. So the agency you hire needs to handle a compliance step before it can do any marketing at all.
No outside reviewer can see another agency's client accounts, and we did not pretend otherwise. We scored each agency on five things a garage door owner can confirm on the agency's own site before a sales call:
- Does it publish pricing?
- Does it state contract terms?
- Does it say who owns the ad account?
- Does it manage Local Services Ads?
- Does it mention Advanced Verification?
One point per yes. When scores tie, garage-door-only agencies rank ahead of home services agencies, which rank ahead of multi-industry agencies; after that, published pricing wins, then alphabetical order. Pages were checked on September 14, 2026.
Disclosure. Blue Grid Media runs this site, designed the scoring, and comes out first. That is a conflict of interest. What keeps it honest is checkable: each card links to the exact page we read, every price below is quoted from that page, and a missing answer is marked not stated instead of estimated. Nobody paid to be listed.
Each Agency, in Detail
1Blue Grid Media
Google Ads and Local Services Ads for home service contractors
Best for: garage door owners who want to see the fee and the verification risk before anyone quotes a campaign.
Our garage door page publishes the whole price list. Local Services Ads is $445 a month, dropping to $300 when we also run your Google Ads. Google Ads management starts at $695 a month, and the two together are $995. No setup fee, landing pages included, month to month, and the account stays in your name under our Ownership Guarantee.
Incomplete or rejected Advanced Verification is one of the first things we look for when we audit a garage door account, because nothing else in the account can work until it clears. Across the team's career we have managed 30+ garage door accounts, with each account manager capped at 20 active accounts.
Verified from bluegridmedia.com/garage-door-marketing-agency on September 14, 2026. Score: 5 of 5.
Strengths- Full pricing published, flat fees rather than a percentage of spend
- Month to month, no setup fee, landing pages included
- Account and data stay in your name if you leave
- Advanced Verification checked before campaign work starts
Limitations- We wrote this rubric and rank ourselves first, so weigh that
- Paid search and LSA only, no SEO retainers or direct mail
- Smaller team than the national agencies below
2Garage Door Marketers
Cincinnati agency focused on independent garage door companies since 2022
Best for: independent garage door companies that want one garage-door-only team on a published price ladder.
This is the most transparent specialist we found. Four tiers are priced on the homepage: Foundations at $495 a month is a managed website with reviews and missed-call follow-up; Starter at $1,495 adds SEO and PPC management for one location; Growth at $2,995 covers two locations and adds social content and cold outreach; Elite at $4,995 covers three locations with direct mail added. Paid ads cover Google, Facebook and Local Services.
For Foundations you either pay a $995 build fee and stay month to month, or take a three-month agreement that waives it, and you get $495 back if you cancel in the first 30 days. The trade-off is stated plainly: if you leave, the managed website comes down, while you keep your business information and customer data. It reports 80+ garage door companies served.
Verified from garagedoormarketers.com on September 14, 2026. Score: 4 of 5.
Strengths- Garage door only, and has been since 2022
- Every tier priced publicly
- 30-day money-back on the first month
- Local Services Ads included in paid ads
Limitations- Paid search starts at the $1,495 tier; $495 is a website plan
- The managed website comes down if you leave
- Ownership language covers your data, not the ad account specifically
- No mention of Advanced Verification
3Hook Agency
Home services digital marketing agency
Best for: established garage door companies that want a larger home services team and can carry a higher fee.
Hook is one of the better-known home services agencies and has a dedicated garage door PPC page. Its FAQ answers the price question directly: management starts at $2,000 for any spend under $5,000 and scales up slowly for higher budgets, with setup and monthly reporting included. Google Ads management and LSA sit in its service menu.
Contract length, account ownership and Advanced Verification are not addressed on the page reviewed.
Verified from hookagency.com garage door PPC page on September 14, 2026. Score: 2 of 5.
Strengths- Management price published
- Setup and reporting included in the fee
- LSA offered alongside Google Ads
Limitations- Highest published entry fee on this list
- Contract terms not stated
- Account ownership not stated
- No mention of Advanced Verification
4RYNO Strategic Solutions
Home services agency; Blue Corona merged into it
Best for: larger garage door companies that want Local Services Ads run by a big home services firm.
The garage door Local Services Ads page still lives on the Blue Corona site, which now states that Blue Corona and RYNO Strategic Solutions have merged. It promises no long-term contracts ("We won't handcuff you") and says you keep your ad creatives when you leave.
Keeping creatives is narrower than owning the account, so ask what happens to the Google Ads account and its history. Pricing is not published, and the page does not mention Advanced Verification.
Verified from bluecorona.com garage door LSA page on September 14, 2026. Score: 2 of 5.
Strengths- No long-term contracts stated
- Dedicated garage door Local Services Ads page
- You keep ad creatives on exit
Limitations- No published pricing
- Ownership statement covers creatives, not the account
- No mention of Advanced Verification
- The page reviewed is LSA-specific
5Max Conversion
St. Louis Google Ads agency with 130+ industry pages
Best for: garage door repair companies spending under $7,500 who want Google Ads only and no competitor overlap.
The Starter plan is $1,050 a month for accounts spending less than $7,500, and accounts above that move to return-on-ad-spend based pricing. To cancel, you give 3 to 5 business days notice and it unlinks your account from its management account, which implies the account is yours without saying so outright.
One genuinely useful term: it says it does not work with competing businesses in the same area. Read the guarantee carefully, though. The pricing section promises to beat your previous 90 days of Google Ads in the first 90 days, while the FAQ on the same page says it will never guarantee a return.
Verified from max-conversion.com garage door repair page on September 14, 2026. Score: 2 of 5.
Strengths- Published price tied to a spend threshold
- Short cancellation notice
- Will not take on your direct competitors
Limitations- Guarantee language on the page contradicts itself
- Account ownership implied rather than stated
- No Local Services Ads offer on the page
- No mention of Advanced Verification
6Door & Gate Domination
Family-owned agency for garage door, fence and gate contractors
Best for: garage door companies that also sell gates or fencing and want an agency working only in those trades.
It says it works exclusively with garage door, fence and gate contractors, and describes itself as family owned. Services include paid search, Google Local Service Ads, SEO and web design, and it reports a 96.6 percent client retention rate.
Pricing, contract terms, account ownership and Advanced Verification are not addressed on the homepage reviewed.

Strengths- Trade-only: garage door, fence and gate
- Local Service Ads offered
- Retention rate published
Limitations- No published pricing or terms
- Account ownership not stated
- No mention of Advanced Verification
7Garagify
Agency for overhead and garage door companies, distributors and manufacturers
Best for: overhead door dealers, distributors and manufacturers as well as local installers.
Garagify positions itself as an internet marketing agency for overhead and garage door companies, distributors and manufacturers, which makes it the only agency here that also targets the supply side of the industry. Its PPC page covers Google search ads and Local Services Ads management, including category selection and review signals.
It publishes a Dover, Delaware address, but no pricing, contract terms or ownership statement, and the page does not mention Advanced Verification.

8Service Legend

Service Legend markets to contractors across home service trades, garage door among them. Its garage door page offers Google Ads and Local Service Ads management, websites, social advertising and reputation management.
The page does not publish pricing, terms or ownership, and it refers to the "Google Guaranteed" badge rather than addressing Advanced Verification for Search ads.
