A Transparency Ranking, Not a Results Ranking
A waterproofing job is usually a five-figure sale that starts with an inspection, so what you are really buying from an agency is booked inspections and signed contracts, not clicks. Unlike locksmiths and garage door companies, waterproofing contractors do not have to pass Google's Advanced Verification to run Search ads. In Local Services Ads the trade sits under Google's Foundations services category.
No outside reviewer can see another agency's client accounts, and we did not pretend otherwise. We scored each agency on five things a waterproofing owner can confirm on the agency's own site before a sales call:
- Does it publish pricing?
- Does it state contract terms?
- Does it say who owns the ad account?
- Does it manage Local Services Ads?
- Does it say it tracks booked jobs, not just leads?
One point per yes. When scores tie, waterproofing-only agencies rank ahead of home services agencies, which rank ahead of multi-industry agencies; after that, published pricing wins, then alphabetical order. Pages were checked on September 15, 2026.
Disclosure. Blue Grid Media runs this site, designed the scoring, and comes out first, level on points with Click Track Marketing and ahead on the tie-break. That is a conflict of interest. What keeps it honest is checkable: each card links to the exact page we read, every price below is quoted from the agency's own site, and a missing answer is marked not stated instead of estimated. Nobody paid to be listed.
Each Agency, in Detail
1Blue Grid Media
Google Ads and Local Services Ads for home service contractors
Best for: waterproofing owners who want the fee, the terms and the booked-job tracking settled before a campaign is built.
Our waterproofing page publishes the full price list. Local Services Ads is $445 a month, dropping to $300 when we also run your Google Ads. Google Ads management starts at $695 a month, and both together are $995. There is no setup fee, the inspection landing page is included, and it runs month to month. Accounts spending over $5,000 a month on ads are billed at 5% of spend.
The account is built around job value rather than lead count: call tracking is set up, and booked jobs with the contract value attached are imported back into Google Ads as offline conversions, so bidding learns which searches turn into signed work. The account, the data and the landing pages belong to you. Across the team's career we have managed 20+ waterproofing and foundation repair accounts.
Verified from bluegridmedia.com/waterproofing-marketing-agency on September 15, 2026. Score: 5 of 5.
Strengths- Full pricing published, flat fees up to $5,000 of monthly spend
- Month to month, no setup fee, inspection landing page included
- Account, data and landing pages stay in your name
- Booked jobs and contract values fed back into bidding
Limitations- We wrote this rubric and rank ourselves first, so weigh that
- Tied with Click Track on score; we rank ahead only on the trade-focus tie-break
- Accounts spending over $5,000 a month are billed at 5% of spend
2Click Track Marketing
San Diego marketing agency with a foundation repair program
Best for: foundation repair contractors who want SEO, ads and attribution in one bundle and can commit to 90 days.
Click Track publishes three plans. Signal starts at $2,000 a month and includes Google Ads setup and management for up to $2,500 of ad spend, local SEO and a monthly report with revenue attribution; Momentum starts at $3,500 and Command at $5,000. Fees are flat, never a percentage of ad spend. It also offers a pay-per-booked-appointment option with a five-appointment minimum, where it covers the ad costs.
Every plan starts with a 90-day minimum and a signed service agreement, then continues month to month with 30 days notice. Its homepage says you own your website and every ad account. The foundation repair page says every program reports cost per booked inspection by keyword and channel, connects ServiceTitan and JobNimbus, and manages Local Services Ads, while noting that passing Google's license and background screening is on you.
Verified from clicktrackmarketing.com foundation repair page on September 15, 2026. Score: 5 of 5.
Strengths- Price, terms and ownership all published
- Reports cost per booked inspection by keyword
- Connects ServiceTitan and JobNimbus
- Flat fee, never a percentage of spend
Limitations- 90-day minimum and a signed agreement before month to month
- Plans are bundles, not ad management on its own
- Multi-industry agency rather than a trade specialist
- Calls the LSA badge Google Guaranteed; Google's own page now says Google Verified
3Hook Agency
Home services digital marketing agency
Best for: larger foundation repair companies that want a well-known home services agency and can carry its fee.
Hook says it is totally focused on home services and has a dedicated foundation repair PPC page. Its pricing page lists pay-per-click management, covering Google Ads and Local Service Ads, at a $2,000 a month starting price that scales with scope and ad spend, and it says you own your account with your own card connected to the spend.
The homepage says it measures success in calls, leads and booked jobs. Two details to note: its foundation repair page says it is usually the best fit for growth-mode contractors over 3M+, while the foundation PPC page says over 2M+. Contract terms are not stated on the pages we read.
Verified from hookagency.com foundation repair PPC page on September 15, 2026. Score: 4 of 5.
Strengths- Management price published
- Ad account stays in your name, on your card

4Built-Right Digital
Marketing agency for contractors and home service businesses
Best for: waterproofing companies that want a website, SEO and ads priced as one published bundle.
Built-Right publishes its bundles: Essentials at $1,199 a month, Launch at $2,099, Scale at $4,199 and Pro at $19,999, covering website work, SEO and paid advertising, plus a separate Local Services Ads plan at $299 a month. Read the tiers closely: Essentials includes only basic Local Services Ads campaign monitoring, and full LSA management and Google Ads campaign development start at the $2,099 Launch tier. Its pricing page says full service plans run month to month. It reports 1,000+ clients served.
The ownership statement covers your website, domain, hosting and marketing assets, but does not name the ad account. The waterproofing page says it configures tracking systems, CRM integrations, inspection scheduling tools and reporting dashboards, without saying it reports booked jobs back to the campaigns.

- Month to month on full service plans
- Standalone Local Services Ads plan at $299 a month

Limitations- Ownership statement does not name the ad account
- No statement about tracking booked jobs
- Bundles make ad management hard to price on its own
5MB Adv
Google Ads management agency for eCommerce and lead generation
Best for: smaller waterproofing companies that want low-cost Google Ads management and no Local Services Ads.
MB Adv publishes the lowest management fees here, tied to spend: $397 a month for $1,000 to $2,000 of ad spend, $497 for $2,000 to $5,000, $697 for $5,000 to $10,000, and up from there. Tracking and audit fees are charged on top, at a 20 percent discount. You can pause or cancel anytime, and it says it works exclusively in client-owned accounts with full admin access.
Its waterproofing page explains how connecting leads to a CRM shows which ads became paying customers, but frames that as advice rather than as part of its plan, so we did not count it. It describes its client base as eCommerce and lead gen only, and cites 4.9 out of 5 from 670+ reviews on Fiverr.
Verified from mbadv.agency waterproofing PPC page on September 15, 2026. Score: 3 of 5.

Best for: waterproofing companies that want Google Ads built inside their own accounts with job-level tracking.
Clicks Geek describes itself as a Google Premier Partner, established in 2015 and based in Pennsylvania. Its waterproofing page says it builds the campaigns, landing pages and tracking inside your accounts, that you keep full ownership, and that there are no long contracts and no hostage accounts. Its homepage says tracking is wired so you can tie every booked job back to the campaign, keyword and landing page that produced it.
The waterproofing page headline reads "Built for Waterproofing. Nobody Else." while the same site lists 298 industries and says it works with local service businesses generally. Pricing is not published, and Local Services Ads is discussed as a channel rather than offered as a managed service.

Its ION Dashboard is described as showing campaign performance, lead tracking, call logs and form submissions, and it integrates with CRMs such as ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro so leads flow into your sales process.
