Blue Grid Media manages Google Ads and Local Services Ads for home service companies and franchise groups spending $10,000 or more a month, for 10 percent of ad spend with Local Services Ads included, month to month, in your own account.

Owners and marketing leads at multi-location companies describe the same four problems. None of them is about the size of the budget. All of them are about how it is run.
We pay 15 or 20 percent of spend, and nobody can tell us what it buys.
Our fee above $10,000 a month is 10 percent of spend, published on this page, and it covers Local Services Ads as well as Google Ads rather than adding a second retainer.
Our locations bid against each other in the same city.
Google allows one ad per business in a single ad location. Two of your branches in one auction do not double your chances; they split the decision about which branch wins.
The report says leads went up, and the general managers say the phones did not.
At this spend, a lead count is not a result. Booked jobs imported from your own system, and calls tracked to the location that took them, are.
Our account manager looks after sixty other clients.
Each of our account managers carries 20 accounts at most. A large account needs someone with the hours to read its search terms every week.
Above $10,000 a month our fee is 10 percent of ad spend, published, with Local Services Ads included rather than billed as a second retainer. In our October 2026 read of agency pricing pages, 10 percent at higher spend was common, and some agencies charge 15 or 20 percent. The table puts our fee beside the arithmetic of a 15 and a 20 percent fee at four spend levels.
Those two columns are arithmetic, not quotes from any agency. Our pricing study records what 62 agencies actually publish: 22 publish a price, 28 state contract terms, 17 say anything about ownership and only 8 name the advertising account.
| Monthly ad spend | Our fee, LSA included | A 15 percent fee | A 20 percent fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| $12,000 | $1,200 | $1,800 | $2,400 |
| $20,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,000 |
| $50,000 | $5,000 | $7,500 | $10,000 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $15,000 | $20,000 |
Our fee is 10 percent of ad spend above $10,000 a month, as published on our Google Ads management page. The 15 and 20 percent columns are arithmetic for comparison, not any agency's quote.
Google's unfair advantage policy lists 'trying to show more than one ad for your business, app, or site in a single ad location' as a prohibited practice, and its policy on multiple accounts says that 'attempting to use multiple accounts to get around those policies isn't allowed.' Both were read on 17 September 2026.
So a larger account is not a bigger version of a small one. It is a decision, made search by search, about which of your locations should appear. Our multi-location page sets out the account shapes that follow from it.
Your brand appears once in a given auction. The structure decides which location that is.
Opening an account per location to show more ads is the practice Google names. It is a reason to leave an agency, not a strategy.
Where locations serve the same area, Local Services shows only the highest ranking one.
The waste in a large account is rarely the bid. It is spend that cannot be traced to a booked job, and budgets that stay where they were set in January. Both are fixed by measurement, done per location.
Our clients see their numbers on a live reporting dashboard, and the monthly review is a conversation about which locations get more next month.

Sent back to Google against the click, so the bidding learns which searches turn into revenue.
Every call credited to the branch that answered it, not to the brand as a whole.
Money follows the locations with capacity and a good cost per booked job, month by month.
At $20,000 a month and above, a week of unread search terms is real money.
Each of our account managers carries 20 accounts at most. That cap is the reason we can read a large account's search terms every week rather than when something breaks.
Blue Grid Media is a Google Partner. Across the team's career we have managed 250+ contractor accounts and franchise groups of 20 to 36 locations, including 56+ gym accounts across two franchise groups. We do not publish client names or their spend without permission, so this page describes the work instead of naming it.
Enough hours per account to read the search terms weekly and answer the same day.
A Google Partner, working in accounts opened in the client's own name.
Including 56+ gym accounts across two franchise groups, and 250+ contractor accounts across the team's career.
Most large accounts we are asked to look at are on a percentage of spend. The calculator puts that percentage beside our published fee at your spend, and shows the difference over a year. It uses only our own published prices and the number you type in.
Enter your monthly ad spend. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Our fee is the published one: $795 a month up to $10,000 in ad spend, and 10 percent of spend above $10,000, Local Services Ads included. The percentage is whatever you have been quoted; 15 is only a starting value.
A large account carries years of conversion history, and the first rule is not to lose it. We work inside the account you already own, under your manager account or ours, and we change nothing until the tracking is right.
Most of the gains in the first month come from the search terms report and from locations that were quietly competing with each other. Neither needs a rebuild to fix.
Search terms, location targets, conversion actions and Change History, with a written list of what we would change and why.
Call tracking per location and booked jobs imported from your system, so the bidding learns from revenue, not form fills.
Each location given its market and its budget, brand terms moved to one campaign, overlap removed.
Money shifted toward the locations with capacity and the best cost per booked job, reviewed with you on a call.
We run search: Google Ads and Local Services Ads, with landing pages and tracking to support them. A large budget does not make us the right choice for everything around it, and it is cheaper to say so now than in month three.
We do not buy it. A brand that needs a media plan across channels needs a different agency.
We run accounts week by week. If you want a consultant to advise an in-house team, we are not built for that.
We only work in accounts opened in the client's own name. If that is a problem, we are the wrong fit.
The fee is our own published pricing, set by Julian on 12 October 2026: $795 a month up to $10,000 in ad spend and 10 percent of spend above it, Local Services Ads included. The Google Ads policy wording is from Google's unfair advantage and multiple accounts policies, and the Local Services wording from Google's Local Services help pages, all read on 17 September 2026. The agency figures are from our own 62-agency pricing study.
No total ad spend under management, because we have not published a figure we can verify. No case study at this spend yet: our three published case studies are single-location accounts. No client names. When a large account agrees to be described with its numbers, it will be here.
At $20,000 a month the account is a set of smaller accounts that have to agree with each other. These are the eight things we run in every one of them, and the reason each exists.
Each location buys the searches in its own market, with its own budget, so money can move to where there is room.
Your name defended once, at the lowest cost, instead of every location bidding on it.
Jobs from your CRM or job system sent back to Google against the click, so bidding learns which searches pay.
A tracking number for each location, so a call is credited to the branch that earned it.
One profile per location, with the licences each location needs, budgeted alongside the search campaigns.
Built during the setup for each location. A brand homepage with a store finder is not a local page.
The waste at this spend is in the search terms report. It is read every week, not every quarter.
What each location spent, booked and should get next month, from a live reporting dashboard.
It grows your fee every time you scale, whether the work changed or not. Ask for the fee at your spend and at twice your spend.
Google lists showing more than one ad for your business in a single ad location as a prohibited practice. Separate accounts do not get around it.
At this spend, the only number that matters is cost per booked job by location. If the report cannot show it, the agency cannot see it either.
Your conversion history is the most valuable thing in the account. It should never belong to the agency.
Google says that if a business has multiple locations that serve the same geographic area, Local Services will show only the highest ranking ad, and that a business serving in multiple locations must provide business and employee level licences for each location. We read both on 17 September 2026. Above $20,000 a month, Local Services Ads is one channel among several, set up and budgeted location by location.
These are the searches buyers with bigger budgets use, from Google Keyword Planner for the United States. They search plainly. The bids show what one of them is worth to the agencies already buying the click.

Run on 12 October 2026, United States, English. Read from Keyword Planner on 6 October 2026. Buyers with larger budgets search plainly, for a ppc agency or a google ads agency, and the bids show their value: google ads management company reaches $255 a click and google ads agency $197. Almost nobody searches for an enterprise Google Ads agency.
10 percent of ad spend above $10,000 a month, with Local Services Ads included. Below $10,000 the fee is a flat $795 a month for Google Ads, or $995 with Local Services Ads, on ad budgets from $2,500. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. Month to month, no contract, and Google bills the ad spend to you directly.
Groups priced by location are on the multi-location page: $599 a location for 2 to 9 locations, $499 at 10 and $350 an account at 20, with a $750 setup per location. The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study.

Above $10,000 a month in ad spend, yes: 10 percent, with Local Services Ads included. Below that it is a flat $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, or $995 with Local Services Ads.
No. Google lists trying to show more than one ad for your business in a single ad location as a prohibited practice, and says using multiple accounts to get around its policies is not allowed. The account decides which location appears, search by search.
Per location. Booked jobs are imported from your own system against the click, every location has its own tracking number, and results are on a live reporting dashboard with a monthly review of where the budget should move.
Twenty at most. The cap is what lets us read a large account's search terms every week.
Yes. Across the team's career we have managed franchise groups of 20 to 36 locations, including 56+ gym accounts across two franchise groups, and 250+ contractor accounts. We do not publish client names or spend without permission.
$795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500 to $10,000, $995 with Local Services Ads, and 10 percent of spend above $10,000 with Local Services Ads included. Setup is $750 one time, then month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to you.
You do. We open it in your name and it stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours.
We do not sell home service leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
We provide exclusive home service leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your crews work rather than where we sit.
Not on the list does not mean not covered. We run home service accounts nationwide across the United States, including smaller and rural markets where the auction is usually cheaper than any metro above.
At this spend, a brand homepage with a store finder loses clicks you have already paid for. Every location gets a page with its own number, service area and booking path, built and included in the fee.
Most local searches happen on a phone, so the page is built to load fast there. Faster pages convert more of the clicks you have already paid for.
Every call and form is connected to tracking from day one, so you can see which ads and which pages actually produce booked work rather than just traffic.
On-page SEO and local schema markup so the site earns map and organic visibility over time instead of only working while the ads are switched on.
Bring read access to the account and your list of locations. Twenty minutes gives you where locations are competing with each other, what the search terms report says about waste, and what the fee would be at your spend. No charge.
