AC repair is searched 33,100 times a month in Florida on average, 49,500 in May, July and August, and still 22,200 in December, the quietest month, which is more than most states manage in July. Section 489.119 of the Florida Statutes requires the contractor's certification or registration number in every advertisement, regardless of medium. So the account runs all year, surges for the summer and the September storm week, and carries the CAC licence number in every ad and on every landing page.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of Florida, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. Two patterns matter. The summer peak is wide, May through August, rather than a single month. And the near me phrasing spikes in September, 49,500 against 14,800 in November, which is the storm week: power comes back and the systems that took the surge do not.
The replacement signal is the surprise. AC installation ran 8,100 in October and November 2025 against 2,400 in February, which is the autumn replacement market for systems that failed in the summer. Furnace repair near me ran 4,400 in January 2026, the cold-snap week, against 590 in November.

Google Keyword Planner, geography Florida, read 14 October 2026. Duct cleaning near me, 6,600 a month, is a separate trade with no Local Services Ads category and its own page on this site.
Monthly Florida searches for ac repair, September 2025 to August 2026. The floor in December, the lighter bar, is 22,200, and the summer runs at 40,500 to 49,500 for four months.
Blue Grid Media runs exclusive HVAC lead campaigns in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Pensacola, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, Escambia and Leon counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your technicians work.
The click prices are the story in Florida HVAC. Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg and Pensacola all run to $148 or more at the top of the page, while Miami runs $20 to $68. The same ad budget buys two to three times the clicks in Miami, which is why a Florida HVAC account is bid by metro and never as one state campaign.
| Metro search | Monthly average | High month | Top-of-page click |

Where two phrasings exist the table adds them; Keyword Planner reports them separately. Miami ran 6,920 combined in September 2025 and Cape Coral 2,400 in October 2025, the storm months for each coast.
Florida has no off season for air conditioning; it has a floor of 22,200 searches a month and three peaks on top of it. NOAA puts the Atlantic hurricane season at June 1 to November 30 with its peak on September 10, and the search data shows what a storm does to an HVAC phone: ac repair near me ran 49,500 in September 2025, hvac contractors near me 9,900, both their highest months.
Ac repair 49,500 a month, emergency ac repair 4,400 in July, ac not cooling 1,300, ac maintenance 12,100 in July. Repair and emergency campaigns run at full budget with same-day copy, and the tune-up campaign catches the maintenance searches.
Power returns and systems fail. Ac repair near me ran 49,500, hvac contractors near me 9,900 and Miami 6,920 in September 2025. The emergency campaign, built in May and paused, goes live within hours and the budget doubles for the week.
Ac installation ran 8,100 in both months, against 2,400 in February. The systems that limped through August get replaced in the first cool weeks, and the replacement campaign with financing on the landing page carries the quarter.
Ac repair 22,200 in December, still large. Furnace repair near me 4,400 and heat pump installation 1,600 in January. A heating campaign that exists for six weeks a year, and a maintenance-plan push for the rest.
Section 489.119(5)(b) of the Florida Statutes says the registration or certification number of each contractor "shall appear in each offer of services, business proposal, bid, contract, or advertisement, regardless of medium, as defined by board rule". The board issues a notice of noncompliance for a first offence and may fine or cite a contractor who does not correct it within 30 days, or who repeats it. We read the section on 14 October 2026; it is linked below, and the compliance is the contractor's own.
Florida licenses air-conditioning contractors at state level. Section 489.105 defines a Class A air-conditioning contractor as one "whose services are unlimited" in central air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilating systems, and a Class B contractor as one "limited to 25 tons of cooling and 500,000 Btu of heating in any one system". HVAC (heating or air conditioning) is a national Google Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, so a licensed Florida contractor can carry the Google Verified badge after Google's licence, insurance and background checks.
For the account that means the CAC number is in the ad copy, on every landing page, in the Local Services Ads application and on the Business Profile, and the ad says Class A or Class B where the job mix makes it matter.
A Google search ad is an advertisement regardless of medium. The CAC number goes in the description line of every Florida HVAC ad we write, which also tells a homeowner who has been burned before that the company is real.
Google checks the state licence, general liability insurance and runs a background check before the Google Verified badge shows. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.
Every Florida landing page we build shows the CAC number and class, the insurance, and the financing terms on the replacement page, because a $7,000 system is bought on monthly payments.
Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and converts at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign rather than sharing one budget with the rest. The CPC figures are the top-of-page bids Keyword Planner shows for Florida; what accounts actually pay sits lower, as our benchmark table shows.
The account's centre of gravity, twelve months a year. Same-day copy, the licence number in the description, and the landing page built around the call.
The most expensive click in Florida HVAC and the highest booking rate. Built in May, live for the summer and the storm week, with after-hours copy that matches the hours somebody answers.
The large ticket, bought in autumn. The landing page carries the financing, the brands you are authorised for and the SEER figures Florida buyers search.
The recurring revenue. The campaign sells the plan, not the visit, and the ad copy names the price.
The cheapest high-value clicks in Florida HVAC. Mini split buyers have chosen the product; heat pump searches peak in January.
A six-week campaign for the cold snap, built in December and paused the rest of the year. Furnace repair clicks run $7.39 to $81.19.
Small volume, large tickets, a separate buyer and separate copy. Runs only when the company wants the work.
Florida has one of the largest Spanish-speaking populations in the country. We write the Spanish ad copy and run the account in Spanish for owners who prefer it.
We publish three accounts in full, every number from the account: a Connecticut waterproofing company with no website in early August that produced 39 leads at $150 in its best 30 days, an Orlando locksmith whose spend fell 34 percent for 130 measured leads at $53, and an Orange County roofer that went from 6 leads at $570 to 34 at $161 a month. None of them is an HVAC account.
What we do publish for HVAC is the benchmark table on our HVAC page: a median Local Services Ads cost per lead of $42, with a range of $25 to $75, across a benchmark set of about 1,200 HVAC accounts, a 38 percent lead-to-booked-job rate on those leads, and Google Ads cost per lead of $50 to $130 at repair clicks of $8 to $22 and replacement clicks of $14 to $35. Those clicks are what accounts paid, which is why they sit well below the top-of-page bids Keyword Planner shows on this page.
The mechanics in the three case studies transfer to a Florida HVAC account unchanged: one campaign per job type, calls set as the goal the account bids toward, the high-ticket work given its own campaign, and any territory that never produces a lead cut from targeting. When a Florida HVAC account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will appear here with the same detail.
Waterproofing, locksmith and roofing, with the lead counting method stated on each page, and the HVAC benchmark table on /hvac-marketing-agency.
Section 489.119 requires the licence number in every advertisement regardless of medium. An agency that leaves it out of the ad copy has not read the statute, and the notice of noncompliance goes to you.
Fort Myers clicks run to $166 and Miami to $68. One campaign with one bid spends the Miami budget on Fort Myers clicks and reports it as a lead cost.
The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in an auction where an emergency click runs to $140. Ours leaves $4,205.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is an HVAC marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for HVAC companies in Florida and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every HVAC ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive HVAC leads in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Pensacola, and across Florida, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for HVAC companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a HVAC campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell HVAC leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, and whether they know Florida requires the licence number in every ad. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, an HVAC cost per lead benchmark table, and this page.
Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single metro, and plan to double the daily budgets for July and August and for the week after a storm. Florida HVAC clicks run $34 to $130 at the top of the page for repair and up to $166 by metro, though our benchmark shows accounts actually paying $8 to $22 a click on repair terms; at $15 to $40 a click, $3,000 a month buys roughly 75 to 200 clicks, and at the 38 percent booking rate in our Local Services Ads benchmark the leads that come from it book at well above the Google Ads norm.
Yes. Section 489.119(5)(b) requires the certification or registration number in every offer of services, bid, contract or advertisement regardless of medium. We put the CAC number in every ad and on every landing page. The compliance is the contractor's, and the board can fine or cite a contractor who does not correct an omission within 30 days.
Three times. AC repair runs 49,500 a month in May, July and August against 22,200 in December; ac repair near me ran 49,500 in September 2025, the storm week, against 14,800 in November; and AC installation ran 8,100 in October and November, the replacement season, against 2,400 in February. Furnace repair spikes to 4,400 in January.
Yes. HVAC (heating or air conditioning) is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Florida restriction. Google checks the state licence, insurance and a background check before the Google Verified badge shows, three to four weeks on average. Our benchmark median for HVAC Local Services Ads leads is $42.
Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive HVAC lead campaigns in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Pensacola, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, Escambia and Leon counties, bid by metro because the click prices differ by more than two times across them. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account in your name, never resold and never shared with another HVAC company.
Our benchmark table, published on the HVAC page, puts the median Local Services Ads cost per lead at $42 with a range of $25 to $75 across about 1,200 HVAC accounts, and Google Ads cost per lead at $50 to $130. Florida's click prices sit at the high end of the country, so a Florida account should expect the upper half of those ranges in summer and the lower half in the replacement season.
We run HVAC accounts across the United States and have managed 20+ HVAC accounts across the team's career. We do not publish client counts by state because we would be guessing, and our three published case studies are waterproofing, locksmith and roofing accounts. When a Florida HVAC account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will be on this page.
$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.
Yes. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy. Our Spanish-language agency page is at /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
