AC repair is searched 14,800 times a month in Georgia on average, 22,200 in July and August and 6,600 in February. The winter is not quiet: furnace repair near me ran 6,600 in January 2026, heating repair near me 4,400, and ac repair near me had its highest month of the year, 12,100, in January. Georgia licenses the trade at state level through the Division of Conditioned Air Contractors, and O.C.G.A. 43-14-8 says an unlicensed person "shall be prohibited from advertising in any manner" that it is in the business. And an Atlanta click runs $39 to $145. So the account runs two seasons of nearly equal weight, is bid by metro, and carries the licence number in every ad.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of Georgia, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. The summer peak is July and August at 22,200, and the floor is February at 6,600, a three-to-one swing, gentler than Texas or California.
What makes Georgia different is January. Ac repair near me ran 12,100 in January 2026, its highest month; hvac near me 6,600, hvac companies near me 5,400, hvac contractors near me 4,400, furnace repair near me 6,600 and heating repair near me 4,400, all their highest months. The heating season is almost as large as the cooling season for the near me searches, which is why a Georgia account does not pause in winter.

Google Keyword Planner, geography Georgia, read 14 October 2026. Duct cleaning near me, 2,900 a month, is a separate trade with no Local Services Ads category and its own page on this site. Keyword Planner returned no bid for furnace installation.
Monthly Georgia searches for ac repair, October 2025 to September 2026. February, the lighter bar, is 6,600; July and August run at 22,200.
Blue Grid Media runs exclusive HVAC lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb and Muscogee counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. The territory is set by where your technicians work, because the account is managed remotely.
Atlanta and its northern suburbs carry the highest bids in the state: ac repair atlanta runs $39.00 to $145.04 at the top of the page, ac repair marietta $64.35 to $145.08, hvac alpharetta to $135.07, hvac roswell to $154.91 and hvac decatur to $148.52. Augusta runs $14.76 to $52.07 and Valdosta $8.55 to $44.06. The same budget buys three times the clicks outside the metro, which is why a Georgia account is bid by metro and never as one state campaign.
| Metro search | Monthly average | High month | Top-of-page click |
|---|---|---|---|
| hvac atlanta + ac repair atlanta | 2,020 | 2,900 (Oct) | $15.30 to $145.04 |
| hvac marietta + ac repair marietta | 460 | 590 (Jul) | $27.66 to $145.08 |
| hvac columbus + ac repair columbus | 430 | 780 (Jul) | $17.41 to $156.89 |
| hvac savannah + ac repair savannah | 420 | 520 (Mar, Jun, Jul) | $13.77 to $111.38 |
| hvac augusta + ac repair augusta | 400 | 640 (Jul) | $14.76 to $52.07 |

| hvac athens + ac repair athens | 280 | 370 (Jun) | $18.11 to $110.00 |
| hvac alpharetta + ac repair alpharetta | 260 | 420 (Jan) | $26.54 to $139.30 |
| hvac valdosta + ac repair valdosta | 250 | 430 (Jul) | $8.55 to $44.06 |

| hvac decatur | 30 | 90 (Oct) | $35.00 to $148.52 |
Where two phrasings exist the table adds them; Keyword Planner reports them separately. Roswell and Decatur are small by volume and among the most expensive clicks in the state.
Georgia HVAC has a summer peak and a winter peak and the gap between them is smaller than in any other state on this site. The account is built for both, with the budget moving between the cooling and heating campaigns rather than being cut.
Ac repair 14,800 in May, 18,100 in June, 22,200 in July and August. Emergency ac repair 1,900 in July, ac maintenance 5,400, ac not cooling 590. Repair and emergency campaigns at full budget with same-day copy.
Ac installation 3,600 in October, its highest month, furnace installation 1,900 and hvac installation 1,000. The replacement campaign with financing on the landing page carries the autumn.
Furnace repair near me 6,600 in January, heating repair near me 4,400, ac repair near me 12,100, hvac near me 6,600, heat pump installation 1,000. The heating campaign runs at full budget, and the near me campaigns stay on because January is their largest month.
Ac tune up 480 to 590 and ac maintenance 2,400 in March, before the first hot week. The ad names the plan price and sells the plan rather than the single visit.
Georgia licenses the trade at state level. O.C.G.A. 43-14-8(c) says "no person shall engage in the business of conditioned air contracting as a conditioned air contractor unless such person has a valid license from the Division of Conditioned Air Contractors", and that a person who is not licensed "shall be prohibited from advertising in any manner that such person is in the business or profession of a conditioned air contractor unless the work is performed by a licensed conditioned air contractor". Subsection (h) adds that a company may not engage in the business unless a licensed person is "actually engaged in the performance of such business on a full-time basis". We read the section on 14 October 2026; it is linked below, and the compliance is the contractor's own.
The definition is wider than most owners expect. O.C.G.A. 43-14-2 defines conditioned air contracting as "the installation, repair, or service of conditioned air systems or conditioned air equipment", and conditioned air equipment as "heating and air-conditioning equipment covered under state codes and the natural gas piping system on the outlet side of the gas meter"; the electrical circuit from the panel to the equipment counts too, on single-phase service "not exceeding 200 amperes". HVAC (heating or air conditioning) is a national Google Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, so a licensed Georgia contractor can carry the Google Verified badge after Google's licence, insurance and background checks.
For the account that means the conditioned air licence number is in the ad copy, on every landing page, in the Local Services Ads application and on the Business Profile, and we will not run HVAC ads for a company that does not hold one, because 43-14-8 makes the ad itself the violation.
Google does not verify a contractor licence to run Search ads, but 43-14-8 bars the unlicensed from advertising. The conditioned air licence number goes in the description line of every Georgia HVAC ad we write.
Google checks the state licence, general liability insurance and runs a background check before the Google Verified badge shows. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.
Every Georgia landing page we build shows the licence number, the insurance, and the financing terms on the replacement page.
Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and converts at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign rather than sharing one budget with the rest. The click figures are Keyword Planner top-of-page bids for Georgia; what accounts actually pay sits lower, as our benchmark table shows.
The summer centre of the account. Same-day copy, the licence number in the description, and the landing page built around the call.
The highest booking rate in the account. Built in April, live for the summer, with after-hours copy that matches the hours somebody answers.
The winter centre, nearly as large as the summer on the near me terms. Built in November, at full budget from December to February, with cold-snap copy.
Bought in autumn. The landing page carries the financing, the brands you are authorised for and the SEER figures.
The cheapest clicks in Georgia HVAC. Heat pump installation peaks in January at 1,000.
The recurring revenue. The ad names the plan price and sells the plan rather than the single visit.
A different buyer and different copy. Built only for companies that want commercial work.
Gwinnett, Hall and the north metro carry large Spanish-speaking populations. We write the Spanish ad copy and run the account in Spanish for owners who prefer it.
Three accounts are published in full on this site, every figure from the account itself: a Connecticut waterproofing company that had no website in early August and produced 39 leads at $150 in its best 30 days; an Orlando locksmith whose ad spend fell 34 percent while 130 measured leads arrived at $53 each; and an Orange County roofer that moved from 6 leads at $570 to 34 at $161 in a month. Not one of the three is an HVAC company, and we are not going to dress one up as one.
For HVAC the figures we publish are the benchmark table on our HVAC page: a $42 median cost per lead on Local Services Ads inside a $25 to $75 range, drawn from a benchmark set of roughly 1,200 HVAC accounts, 38 percent of those leads booked, and Google Ads lead costs of $50 to $130 on repair clicks of $8 to $22 and replacement clicks of $14 to $35. Those are prices accounts paid, which is why they sit far below the Atlanta and Marietta bids above.
What transfers to a Georgia HVAC account is the mechanics: calls set as the goal the account bids toward, one campaign per job type, the heating and the replacement in their own campaigns, and any county that never produces a lead cut from targeting. When a Georgia HVAC account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will appear here with the same detail.
The Orlando locksmith is the nearest in geography. The HVAC benchmark table is on /hvac-marketing-agency.
O.C.G.A. 43-14-8 bars an unlicensed person from advertising in any manner that it is in the business. An agency that does not ask for the licence number before building the account is building the violation.
Ac repair near me, hvac near me, hvac companies near me, furnace repair near me and heating repair near me all had their largest month of the year in January 2026. An account that pauses for winter pauses for the second peak.
The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in an auction where a Marietta click runs to $145. Ours leaves $4,205.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is an HVAC marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for HVAC companies in Georgia and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every HVAC ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive HVAC leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Georgia, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for HVAC companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a HVAC campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell HVAC leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, and whether they ask for the conditioned air licence before building the account. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, a benchmark table for HVAC cost per lead, and the Georgia data on this page.
Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single metro, raise the daily budgets for July and August and again for January, and do not pause in between. Georgia HVAC clicks run $19 to $91 at the top of the page for repair statewide and from $9 in Valdosta to $155 in Roswell by metro, though our benchmark shows accounts actually paying $8 to $22 a click on repair terms; at $15 to $40 a click, $3,000 a month buys roughly 75 to 200 clicks.
Yes, in effect. O.C.G.A. 43-14-8(c) requires a licence from the Division of Conditioned Air Contractors to do the work and bars an unlicensed person from advertising in any manner that it is in the business, so the ad itself is the violation. Google does not check; we do. We ask for the licence number before building the account and put it in every ad.
July and August, at 22,200 searches a month for ac repair against 6,600 in February, and then January: ac repair near me 12,100, hvac near me 6,600, furnace repair near me 6,600 and heating repair near me 4,400 all had their highest month in January 2026. Ac installation peaks in October at 3,600.
Yes. HVAC (heating or air conditioning) is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Georgia restriction. Google checks the state licence, insurance and a background check before the Google Verified badge shows, three to four weeks on average. The median HVAC Local Services Ads lead in our benchmark costs $42.
Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive HVAC lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Athens, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb and Muscogee counties, bid by metro because an Atlanta click costs three times an Augusta click. Every lead arrives through a Google Ads account in your name, so it is never resold and no other HVAC company sees it.
The benchmark table on our HVAC page gives a $42 median Local Services Ads cost per lead, a $25 to $75 range across roughly 1,200 HVAC accounts, and $50 to $130 per lead on Google Ads. Metro Atlanta should expect the upper half of those ranges because of its click prices; Augusta, Macon and Valdosta the lower half.
We run HVAC accounts across the country and the team has managed 20+ HVAC accounts over its career. A Georgia count would be a guess, so we do not publish one; the nearest published account is an Orlando locksmith. The first Georgia HVAC account with 90 days of publishable data will be added to this page.
$795 for Google Ads management, $750 once for the setup, and the ad spend, at least $2,500, paid to Google directly: $4,045 in month one, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside the fee is $995.
Yes, from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy ourselves. The Spanish-language page is /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
