Dump near me is searched 22,200 times a month in Florida and dumpster rental 8,100, against 9,900 for junk removal and 8,100 for junk removal near me. Most of the searches that sound like junk removal come from people taking their own junk somewhere. On a Bradenton to Sarasota account we took over in October, roughly three quarters of the visible spend had gone to them. Florida law adds two lines: moving more than 25 tires needs an FDEP waste tire collector registration, and appliances may not go to a landfill. So the account blocks the dump before the first click, keeps tires out of the ads unless the company is registered, and says where the fridge goes.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of Florida, read on 23 October 2026. The grey bars below are the searches from people hiring a crew; the orange ones are people looking for somewhere to take the junk themselves, a dumpster, or a place to drop a tire or a TV. An account built on broad match finds the orange bars first, because there are more of them and they are cheap.
Florida junk removal demand is close to flat through the year: junk removal runs 9,900 to 12,100 a month in every month but November, when it dips to 6,600. The movement is in the job types: same day junk removal reaches 720 in July, construction debris removal 880 in July, and estate cleanout services and garage cleanout both reach 590 in September.
Monthly Florida searches, average October 2025 to September 2026. Grey bars are hire searches.

Junk removal clicks in Florida are cheap next to the other trades we run there: the most expensive metro here tops out at $31.10 a click in St. Petersburg, where a plumbing click in Fort Myers runs to $162. So the risk in a Florida junk account is rarely the price of the click. It is what the click was for.

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection says "anyone who is moving more than 25 waste tires on Florida roadways" must be registered as a waste tire collector, with decals that expire every April 1. Section 403.717(3) of the Florida Statutes puts the duty on the customer too: "A person may not contract with a waste tire collector for the transportation, disposal, or processing of waste tires unless the collector is registered with the department or exempt", and the same section says "Whole waste tires may not be deposited in a landfill as a method of ultimate disposal."
Section 403.708(12) keeps white goods out of landfills, and 403.703(47) defines them: "discarded air conditioners, heaters, refrigerators, ranges, water heaters, freezers". We read all four on 23 October 2026; the compliance is the company's own.
For the account that means tire keywords and "tire removal" stay out of the ads unless you hold the FDEP registration, and the appliance landing page says the appliance is recycled, which is both the law and the reason a homeowner feels fine calling.
Tire disposal near me is searched 880 times a month in Florida at $1.14 to $4.62 a click, mostly by people dropping their own tires. Unless you are a registered collector, it is a negative keyword.
Junk removal services is a national Local Services Ads category. Leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset, a $25 median, and 42 percent book. Verification takes three to four weeks on average.
Florida law keeps white goods out of the landfill. The appliance page says the appliance is recycled and shows the price for one item and for a full load.
Each job below is searched by name and pays differently, so pickups and cleanouts run as separate campaigns with their own budget, and the dump, dumpster rental, donation, scrap and franchise names are blocked across all of them.
The volume work. The ad names the one-item price, and the landing page shows the ladder from one item to a full load.
The most expensive junk click in Florida and the one most likely to book. Runs only in the hours somebody answers.
The bigger tickets. Their own campaign, their own landing page with a photo upload, and the September peak budgeted in advance.
Contractors and renovating homeowners. Separate copy, and a separate budget so the July spike does not drain the residential campaigns.
Blue Grid Media manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026. The one we publish is a family-run company between Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida. It had spent $2,580.23 in the month before we took over, and roughly three quarters of the visible spend had gone to searches for the dump, the landfill and county trash pickup. After the rebuild went live on 12 October 2026, the first eleven days produced 16 leads on $1,166.59, $73 a lead, and $58 a lead in the second week, against a $165 minimum job.
The mechanics are the ones a Florida account needs everywhere from Pensacola to Miami: a negative list in place before the first click, pickups apart from cleanouts, and a landing page with the price ladder on it. Sarasota and Bradenton are both searched about 480 times a month for junk removal, so the account published here is a mid-size Florida market, not a big one.
Eleven days is early and the case study says so. We will publish a Florida junk removal account when one has 90 days of data we can show in the same detail.
16 leads at $73 in eleven days, $58 a lead in week two, with how every lead was counted, at /case-study-junk-removal-florida. The account build is at /google-ads-for-junk-removal.
Florida searches for the dump more than twice as often as for junk removal. Our Bradenton account had sent three quarters of its visible spend there before we took over.
More than 25 tires needs a registered collector, and the customer is barred from hiring one who is not registered. An agency that bids on tire terms for you without asking has not read 403.717.
Ask how many junk removal clients it has in your market. We stop at two.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a junk removal marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for junk removal companies in Florida and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month, manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026, and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any Florida market.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive junk removal leads in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale, Naples and West Palm Beach, and across Florida, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a junk removal campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell junk removal leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
There is no single answer, so compare what each agency publishes: the fee, the contract, who owns the Google Ads account, how many junk removal clients it takes per market, and whether it can show a Florida junk removal account. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, at most two junk removal companies per market, and a Bradenton to Sarasota case study at 16 leads in eleven days, $73 each and $58 in the second week.
Start at $2,500 a month in ad spend for one metro. Florida junk removal clicks run about $4 to $31 at the top of the page, so the budget buys plenty of clicks; the question is whether they are hire searches. Our Bradenton to Sarasota account produced leads at $73 in its first eleven days once the dump searches were blocked, and $58 in its second week, and Local Services Ads leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset.
Yes, above 25. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection requires anyone moving more than 25 waste tires on Florida roads to be registered as a waste tire collector, and section 403.717(3) bars a customer from hiring an unregistered collector. We keep tire terms out of the ads unless you hold the registration.
No. Section 403.708(12) of the Florida Statutes keeps white goods out of landfills, and 403.703(47) defines them as discarded air conditioners, heaters, refrigerators, ranges, water heaters and freezers. The appliance landing page we build says the appliance is recycled.

With Local Services Ads managed alongside the fee is $995. Below about $3,300 a month in total, a Florida junk removal company is usually better off running Local Services Ads directly first.
