Junk removal is searched 6,600 times a month in New York on average, 3,600 in February 2026 and 12,100 in September 2026. In the city, commercial and renovation work is a separate licence: NYC requires a Business Integrity Commission Trade Waste Removal License to remove waste "from businesses in New York City", or a Class 2 registration for construction debris only. Statewide, electronics may not go to a landfill. So the account follows the season, keeps residential and commercial work apart in the five boroughs, and only bids on office and renovation cleanouts for a company holding the licence.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of New York, read on 23 October 2026. February is the floor and the year climbs through spring and summer to September. The grey bars are the winter months.

New York City's business portal says: "You need a Trade Waste Removal License for your business to remove, collect or dispose trade waste from businesses in New York City. Trade waste includes... waste materials resulting from building demolition, construction, alteration or excavation." A company that only hauls construction debris needs instead "a Class 2 Registration to remove only waste from building demolition, construction, alteration or excavation." Residential cleanouts are a different job.
Statewide, DEC's Part 364 exempts residential waste from transporter registration but requires it above set loads: "C&D debris in quantities greater than 10 cubic yards in a single shipment" and "waste tires in quantities greater than 20". And Environmental Conservation Law 27-2611 says "no individual or household shall place or dispose of any electronic waste in any solid waste management facility". We read the NYC pages, the July 2023 adopted Part 360 text and ECL 27-2611 on 23 October 2026; the compliance is the company's own.
For the account that means two campaign sets in the five boroughs, residential and commercial, with the commercial set running only for a company holding the BIC licence, and an electronics line on the landing page that says the TV and the computer go to recycling.
Office cleanouts, commercial junk removal and renovation debris run only for a company with the BIC licence or the Class 2 registration. Residential runs everywhere the trucks go.
A national Local Services Ads category. Leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset, a $25 median, with 42 percent booking.
E-waste recycling near me runs 1,300 searches a month in New York. The page says where the TV goes, because state law keeps it out of the landfill.
A flat monthly budget in New York overspends February and runs out in September. The account sets a lower floor for December to February and raises it from March, with September budgeted as the peak.
Junk removal 3,600 to 5,400 a month. Residential pickups and the Local Services Ads profile carry it.
6,600 a month by March; shed removal 320 and hoarder cleanup 260 in April; Rochester and Buffalo peak in April.
Same day junk removal 880, construction debris 1,000, appliance removal 720, all in July.
Junk removal 12,100, junk removal near me 8,100, Brooklyn 1,600. The largest budget of the year goes here.
Blue Grid Media manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026. The one we publish is a family-run company between Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida. It had spent $2,580.23 in the month before we took over, and roughly three quarters of the visible spend had gone to searches for the dump, the landfill and county trash pickup. After the rebuild went live on 12 October 2026, the first eleven days produced 16 leads on $1,166.59, $73 a lead, and $58 a lead in the second week, against a $165 minimum job.
For New York the nearest published proof is the build, not the market: the same negative list, which here also has to cover e-waste drop-off searches, the same split between pickups and cleanouts, and in the five boroughs a second split between residential and commercial work.
Eleven days is early and the case study says so. We will publish a New York junk removal account when one has 90 days of data we can show in the same detail.
16 leads at $73 in eleven days, $58 a lead in week two, with how every lead was counted, at /case-study-junk-removal-florida. The account build is at /google-ads-for-junk-removal.
In NYC, removing waste from businesses is trade waste and needs the licence. Renovation debris needs at least the Class 2 registration.
February runs a third of September. A flat budget wastes the winter and runs short at the peak.
Rochester and Buffalo peak in April; Brooklyn in September. They need their own campaigns and their own calendars.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a junk removal marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for junk removal companies in New York and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month, manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026, and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any New York market.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive junk removal leads in New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Yonkers, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany, and across New York, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a junk removal campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell junk removal leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
