Dump near me runs 14,800 searches a month in Texas and dumpster rental 9,900, rising to 18,100 in November, against 9,900 for junk removal. Austin searches for junk removal more than Houston does, 1,900 a month against 1,600. And the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality says "All transporters, with a few exceptions, must register" to haul scrap tires, with no exception for a small load. So the account is bid city by city, blocks the dump and the dumpster before the first click, and leaves tires out unless the TCEQ number is on the truck.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of Texas, read on 23 October 2026. The grey bars are the hire searches. The dumpster searches matter most in Texas because of when they peak: dumpster rental runs 14,800 in October and 18,100 in November, the months an account without a negative list spends its autumn budget renting nobody a dumpster.
Hire demand is steady, 8,100 to 9,900 a month for junk removal most of the year and 12,100 in July. Junk removal near me reaches 12,100 in September. Same day junk removal and construction debris removal both reach 880 in July.
Monthly Texas searches, average October 2025 to September 2026. Grey bars are hire searches.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality says "All transporters, with a few exceptions, must register with the TCEQ" to haul scrap tires. The exceptions cover people hauling their own tires, government vehicles, municipal and commercial route trash collection with incidental tires, retread loads and out-of-state loads; none of them is a size limit, so a hired junk hauler with four tires is not exempt. Registered transporters must mark their vehicles "on both sides and the rear using numbers and letters at least two inches tall, identifying the name and location of the business and the TCEQ registration number", haul "to an authorized facility", keep "a manifest system" and "Submit an annual report to the TCEQ".
The duty runs the other way too. TCEQ tells tire generators: "If you are not self-transporting the tires... use a registered scrap tire transporter". We read both pages on 23 October 2026; the compliance is the company's own.
For the account that means tire terms stay out of the ads unless you are registered, and if you are, the registration number already on your truck can go in the ad copy and on the landing page, which most Texas haulers do not do.
Tire disposal near me is searched 1,600 times a month in Texas at $0.98 to $4.68 a click. Unregistered, it is a negative keyword. Registered, it is a campaign with the TCEQ number in the copy.
A national Local Services Ads category. Leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset, a $25 median, with 42 percent booking. Verification takes three to four weeks on average.
From one item to a full load, with a photo upload for the pile, and the TCEQ number shown wherever tires are mentioned.
Pickups and cleanouts run as separate campaigns. July carries the same-day and construction debris peaks; October and November carry the dumpster searches, which are blocked rather than bought.
The volume work, priced on the landing page from one item up.
Runs only in the hours somebody answers the phone.
A separate campaign so the July spike does not drain the residential budget.
The bigger tickets, with garage cleanouts and hot tub removal both peaking in December and January.
Blue Grid Media manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026. The one we publish is a family-run company between Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida. It had spent $2,580.23 in the month before we took over, and roughly three quarters of the visible spend had gone to searches for the dump, the landfill and county trash pickup. After the rebuild went live on 12 October 2026, the first eleven days produced 16 leads on $1,166.59, $73 a lead, and $58 a lead in the second week, against a $165 minimum job.
What carries over to Texas is the build: the negative list in place on day one, which in Texas has to include the dumpster searches that peak at 18,100 in November, campaigns split by job, and a separate set of campaigns for each metro because the click prices differ by twenty times between El Paso and Austin.
Eleven days is early and the case study says so. We will publish a Texas junk removal account when one has 90 days of data we can show in the same detail.
16 leads at $73 in eleven days, $58 a lead in week two, with how every lead was counted, at /case-study-junk-removal-florida. The account build is at /google-ads-for-junk-removal.
El Paso clicks top out at $11.03 and Austin at $30.00. One bid for both spends the cheap market's budget in the expensive one.
Texas has no small-load exemption for a hired hauler, and generators are told to use a registered transporter.
Dumpster rental reaches 18,100 searches in November. Without the negatives in place, that is where the autumn budget goes.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a junk removal marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for junk removal companies in Texas and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month, manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026, and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any Texas market.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive junk removal leads in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Plano, Frisco, Katy, The Woodlands, Corpus Christi and Lubbock, and across Texas, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a junk removal campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell junk removal leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
Compare what each agency publishes: the fee, the contract, who owns the Google Ads account, how many junk removal clients it takes in one market, and whether it bids each Texas city separately. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, and no more than two junk removal companies per market.
Start at $2,500 a month in ad spend for one metro. Texas junk removal clicks run from about $1 in El Paso to $30 in Austin at the top of the page, so where you work decides how far it goes. Local Services Ads leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset, and our published Search account in Florida came in at $73 a lead in its first eleven days and $58 in its second week.
Yes. TCEQ says all scrap tire transporters must register, with exceptions for people hauling their own tires, government vehicles, incidental loads on trash routes, retread loads and out-of-state loads. None is a size limit, so a junk hauler taking a customer's tires is not exempt. We keep tire terms out of the ads unless you are registered.
By searches for junk removal with the city name, Austin: 1,900 a month against 1,600 for Houston and San Antonio, read from Keyword Planner on 23 October 2026. Austin clicks are also dearer, $7.18 to $30.00 against $6.06 to $24.02 in Houston.
Yes. Junk removal services is a national Local Services Ads category. Leads run $15 to $42 in our dataset with a $25 median and 42 percent booking, and Google checks the business, insurance and a background check before the badge shows.

The leads come from a Google Ads account in your name, so they are never resold.

$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside the fee is $995. Below about $3,300 a month in total, a Texas junk removal company is usually better off running Local Services Ads directly first.
At most one more. We take on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market, so if two Texas companies in your area already work with us, we tell you on the first call and turn the account down.
