Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies across the US at $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, with a $750 setup and no contract, and this page sets that fee beside every published junk removal marketing price we could find.
As Featured In · Our Research Cited By
Of the junk removal marketing companies we checked on 23 October 2026, two other agencies publish a monthly fee: LeadHauler, at $550, $1,050 and $1,950 a month plus a $997 onboarding fee, and BaaDigi, with plans from $297 to $3,997 a month. OLM Media and Junk Marketing Team publish none. Lead sellers price by the lead instead: 99 Calls at $12.99 for an organic lead and $38 to $85 for a Google Ads lead, The Client Connector from $15 a call. Blue Grid Media charges $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500, with a $750 setup. Against a $250 to $600 job, the fee is rarely the expensive part of the account. Ad spend that keeps paying for dump and landfill searches is.
Each row below comes from the provider's own website, read on 23 October 2026, and links to it in the sources at the bottom of the page. If a company does not publish a price, it is not on this table; we did not estimate anyone's fee from a third-party article.
Two pricing models sit side by side here and they are not the same product. A management fee pays someone to run an ad account in your name, and the ad spend goes to Google. A per-lead price buys the lead itself, from an account the seller owns.
| Provider | How it charges | Published price | Terms stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blue Grid Media | Flat monthly fee | $795 a month for Google Ads, $995 with Local Services Ads, $750 setup, ad spend from $2,500 paid to Google | Month to month, account in your name |
| LeadHauler | Flat plans capped by ad spend | $550 a month (Google Ads up to $1,500 ad spend), $1,050 (up to $4,000, adds Local Services Ads), $1,950; $997 onboarding | Month-to-month billing; a lower rate with an annual commitment |
| BaaDigi | Flat plans | $297, $497, $1,397 and $3,997 a month; setup $700 and $995 on the two lower plans, set per client above that | Month to month, no cancellation fee |
| OLM Media | Not published | Its own comparison page: "Not published. Quoted after a free 30-minute market audit." | "Varies by client. Agreed in writing before any work starts." |
| 99 Calls | Per lead | $12.99 an organic lead; $38 to $85 a Google Ads lead and $34 to $118 a Local Services Ads lead, as nationwide averages | No contract |
| The Client Connector | Per exclusive call | From $15 a call, varying by ZIP code | No setup fee, pause or cancel anytime |

Junk removal is a cheap-lead, small-ticket trade. Our leads page puts a general job at $250 to $600, and in our Local Services Ads dataset a junk removal lead costs a $25 median and 42 percent of leads book. On those numbers $795 is two to three general jobs a month, which is why the fee is rarely what makes or breaks the account. What does is where the ad spend goes: before we rebuilt the Bradenton to Sarasota account, roughly three quarters of its visible spend went to searches for the dump, the landfill and county trash pickup.
Use the calculator with your own job value and booking rate. If the fee takes more than a handful of jobs to cover, the budget is too small for paid search to be the first channel.
Change any figure. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Defaults: $73 a lead is the first eleven days of our Bradenton to Sarasota account; 42 percent is the booking rate in our Local Services Ads dataset for junk removal, used here as a placeholder for Search; $400 is the middle of the $250 to $600 range our leads page gives for a general job. Put your own numbers in.
The pricing model tells you what the company earns more from. That is worth knowing before you compare the numbers.
The agency earns the same whether you spend $2,500 or $9,000 a month, so nobody profits from pushing your budget up. Ask what the fee covers and what the ad spend cap is.
The fee rises with the budget. We switch to 10 percent of spend only above $10,000 a month, with Local Services Ads included; below that a percentage would charge a small hauler less than the work takes.
You pay for each lead and keep nothing when you stop: no account, no keyword data, no history. Exclusive means the seller sends it to you alone. As one seller says itself, "The homeowner may still contact other companies independently."
Blue Grid Media manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026 and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market. Every account is checked every working day.
The account itself is built for this trade, the same way on every junk removal account we run. The case study and the build guide are published: Bradenton to Sarasota, 16 leads at $73 in eleven days and how we build a junk removal Google Ads account.
The dump, the landfill, county trash pickup, dumpster rental, donation, scrap and franchise names are blocked before the account spends a dollar.
Single-item pickups and full cleanouts run as separate campaigns, so a small pickup never eats the cleanout budget.
From your minimum to a full load, with a photo upload for the pile, so the caller already knows the range. It is built during the $750 setup.
The Google Ads account is opened in your name. If you leave, the account, call tracking numbers and landing pages stay with you.
If the management fee is more than the money reaching Google, you are paying for reports, not jobs. Start with Local Services Ads until the budget is there.
Ask what the one-time fee builds. Ours covers the research, tracking, the campaign build and a landing page per campaign. If the answer is "onboarding", ask again.
Ask whether a ten-second call, a wrong number or a dump question counts as a lead, and whether bad ones are credited.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a junk removal marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for junk removal companies across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026, and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive junk removal leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a campaign campaign to learn from its own calls.
We do not sell leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

The junk removal agencies that publish a price list plans from $297 (BaaDigi) and $550 (LeadHauler) up to $1,950 and $3,997 a month, plus a one-time setup or onboarding fee (LeadHauler $997, Blue Grid Media $750), with ad spend paid to Google on top. Blue Grid Media charges $795 a month on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads, month to month. Lead sellers charge per lead instead, from $12.99 to $118 on 99 Calls' published ranges and from $15 a call at The Client Connector.
Among the junk removal providers that publish one, $297 to $3,997 a month, often tied to an ad spend cap. Ours is $795 flat on budgets from $2,500 to $10,000, then 10 percent of spend. What matters more than the fee is the share of the budget that reaches the ads: 84 percent on a $5,000 total at our fee.
Only if the total budget is around $3,300 a month or more. Below that we say so on the call and suggest running Local Services Ads directly first, where junk removal leads cost $15 to $42 in our dataset. At $2,500 of ad spend, the calculator on this page shows how many booked jobs the fee takes at your own numbers.
Per lead, often yes: 99 Calls publishes $12.99 for an organic lead and The Client Connector starts at $15 a call. You keep nothing when you stop, though, and an exclusive lead can still have called other haulers. Your own account costs more to start and leaves you the account, the keyword data and the history.
In our Local Services Ads dataset $15 to $42, with a $25 median and 42 percent booking. On Search, our Bradenton to Sarasota account came in at $73 a lead over its first eleven days and $58 in its second week. 99 Calls publishes $38 to $85 for a Google Ads lead as a nationwide average.
Not with us. Google bills the ad spend to you directly, and our fee is separate. Ask any agency whether its fee includes the ad spend, because a single all-in number hides how much reaches Google.
At most two. We take on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market, so we are never bidding against our own clients, and we tell you on the first call if your market is full.
$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.
Yes. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy. Our Spanish-language agency page is at /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
