There are owners for whom OLM Media is the better fit, and it is worth saying so before the reasons to choose us.
If the most important thing is that every client of the agency is a junk removal company, OLM Media says that about itself and we do not.
OLM Media publishes a Meta case study, from $25K to $80K a month at a $12 cost per lead. We run Meta at $795 a month, but Google Ads and Local Services Ads are our core.
OLM Media publishes revenue and return on ad spend, with its own note that results are "Not typical and not a promise of future performance". Our junk removal case study counts leads only.
By its own count OLM Media has worked with more junk removal companies than the 5 junk removal accounts we manage today.
These are the reasons an owner picks us, each one checkable on our own pages.
$795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, $750 setup. The full breakdown is on what a junk removal company should pay a marketing agency.
We take on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market, so we are never bidding against our own clients. OLM Media does not publish a territory policy.
After the $750 setup, there is no contract and no notice period beyond the current month.
Junk removal services is a national Local Services Ads category, and at $995 we manage it with Google Ads in one account plan.
Our case study counts each lead once, names what was left out, and says when the window is too short to judge: Bradenton to Sarasota, 16 leads at $73.
The same questions work on any agency. Ask for the answer in writing.
Fee, setup and ad spend separately. Ours is $795 plus $750 plus at least $2,500 to Google.
Ours is at most two. Ask OLM Media the same.
Both say the client owns the account. Ask to be made the owner on day one, not an admin.
A ten-second call, a dump question and a repeat caller should not count. Ask to see the rules.
Ours is month to month. OLM Media's agreement uses the longer of the Work Order period or 30 days' written notice.
Client-reported revenue is the client's number, not the account's. Ask for the leads and spend behind it.
An agency with three haulers in your town is bidding against itself with your money.
Both of us say the account is yours. Make sure the contract says it too.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a Google Ads agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for junk removal companies across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month, opens every ad account in the owner's own name, manages 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026, and takes on no more than two junk removal companies in any one market.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive junk removal leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for junk removal companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a campaign campaign to learn from its own calls.
We do not sell leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

No. Junk removal is one of the home service trades we run, with 5 junk removal accounts as of October 2026. What is specific to junk removal is the account: the dump, landfill, dumpster rental, donation, scrap and franchise searches blocked before the first click, pickups split from cleanouts, and a landing page with the price ladder.
