Plumber near me is searched 60,500 times a month in Florida on average, 110,000 in September 2026, the week after the storm, and 90,500 in February, the cold snap, when water heater repair near me ran 18,100 and frozen pipes 2,400 in a state that is not supposed to have them. Section 489.119 of the Florida Statutes puts the licence number in every advertisement. And the one plumbing account we publish in full is in Kissimmee, where a Spanish campaign produced leads at $79 beside English campaigns at $270 and $429. So the account is built for two peaks, carries the CFC number in every ad, and runs in Spanish where the market does.
Keyword Planner figures for the state of Florida, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. Two peaks, and neither is summer. September 2026 ran 110,000 for plumber near me, 33,100 for emergency plumber near me and 22,200 for drain cleaning near me, all their highest months, the week power came back after the storm. February ran 90,500, with water heater repair near me at 18,100 and 24 hour plumber near me at 12,100, the cold snap.
November is the floor on nearly every term: 40,500 for plumber near me, 1,600 for emergency, 390 for drain cleaning, 590 for water heater repair. The replacement signal is tankless: 2,400 a month on average, 4,400 in February and 590 in September, the opposite shape from the emergency terms.

Monthly Florida searches for plumber near me, October 2025 to September 2026. November, the lighter bar, is 40,500; February is 90,500 and September 110,000.
Blue Grid Media runs exclusive plumbing lead campaigns in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, West Palm Beach and Pensacola, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Osceola, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Escambia and Leon counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your trucks go.
Miami is the largest and cheapest metro in the state, 3,600 searches a month for plumber miami at $13.23 to $51.94 a click, 12,100 in September. The Gulf coast is the expensive end: plumber fort myers and plumber cape coral run to $162.43, sarasota to $130.40, and an emergency plumber click in Sarasota runs $72.00 to $211.78. One state campaign would spend the Miami budget on Fort Myers clicks.

Keyword Planner reports plumber [city] and plumbing [city] as one bucket in most Florida metros, so the rows are not added. Emergency plumber miami ran 1,600 in September 2025 against 70 in November.
Florida plumbing has two peaks and they are not the ones an HVAC owner would guess. NOAA puts the Atlantic hurricane season at June 1 to November 30 with its peak on September 10, and the search data shows what a storm does to a plumbing phone: every emergency term had its highest month in September 2026. The second peak is the February cold snap, when water heaters fail and pipes freeze in a state with no insulation on them.
Plumber near me 110,000, emergency plumber near me 33,100, drain cleaning near me 22,200, water heater installation near me 9,900, plumbing company near me 8,100. The emergency campaign, built in June and paused, goes live within hours and the budget doubles for the week.
Plumber near me 90,500 in February, water heater repair near me 18,100, 24 hour plumber near me 12,100, frozen pipes 2,400 and 1,000 in January. The water heater campaign runs at full budget and the emergency copy mentions no hot water.
Plumber near me 49,500 to 60,500. Sewer line repair 3,600 in July, the summer rain, and water heater installation near me 6,600 in July. The replacement and sewer campaigns carry the summer.
Plumber near me 40,500 in November, the floor on nearly every term. The budget comes down, the tankless and water softener campaigns stay on, and the storm campaign is rebuilt for next year.
Section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes defines a plumbing contractor as "a contractor whose services are unlimited in the plumbing trade", with a scope that runs from "sanitary drainage or storm drainage facilities" and "public or private water supply systems" to septic tanks, swimming pool piping, irrigation, solar water heating, "boilers and pressure process piping" and "the installation of water, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and related venting". Section 489.119(5)(b) says the registration or certification number of each contractor "shall appear in each offer of services, business proposal, bid, contract, or advertisement, regardless of medium". We read both on 14 October 2026; they are linked below, and the compliance is the contractor's own.
Plumbers is a national Google Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, so a licensed Florida plumber can carry the Google Verified badge after Google's licence, insurance and background checks.
For the account that means the CFC number is in the ad copy, on every landing page, in the Local Services Ads application and on the Business Profile, and the Spanish ads carry it too.
A Google search ad is an advertisement regardless of medium. The CFC number goes in the description line of every Florida plumbing ad we write, English and Spanish.
Google checks the state licence, general liability insurance and runs a background check before the Google Verified badge shows. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.
Every Florida landing page we build shows the CFC number, the insurance, and the financing terms on the water heater and repipe pages.
Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and closes at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign and its own cost per booked job target rather than sharing one budget with the rest.
The highest booking rate and the most expensive click in the account. Built in June, live for the storm week and the cold snap, with after-hours copy that matches the hours somebody answers.
The volume job, 70 to 85 percent close in our benchmark. The ad names the price and the campaign runs all year at a $55 to $140 booked-job target.
The February job. Repair and replacement get separate campaigns; the replacement landing page carries the financing. In Kissimmee the English water heater campaign ran $270 a lead.
The cheapest high-ticket click on the page, searched by a buyer who has chosen the product. The ad names the install price range.
The summer rain job. Camera inspection on the landing page, and the repair-or-replace decision in the ad.
Small by volume, the largest ticket. In Kissimmee the English repipe campaign ran $429 a lead, and at an 18 to 28 percent close that is the campaign the booked-job target protects.
A product sale with a plumber attached. The ad names the brand and the campaign runs on the install.
Plomero cerca de mi and plomero kissimmee produced 8 leads on $633 in one month. We write the Spanish ad copy and run the account in Spanish for owners who prefer it.
The one plumbing account we publish is in Kissimmee, Florida, Search campaigns only, one month, 11 September to 10 October 2026: a Spanish-language campaign we added beside the English water heater and repipe campaigns brought 8 leads on $633 of spend, $79 a lead, while the English water heater campaign ran $270 a lead and the English repipe campaign $429 the same month. Eight leads is a small sample, the page says so, and we will update it as it grows.
What we publish for plumbing is cost per booked job, not cost per lead, because the close rate decides whether the spend made money: $55 to $140 per booked drain or service call at a 70 to 85 percent close, $120 to $345 per booked water heater replacement at 40 to 58 percent, $385 to $1,250 per booked repipe at 18 to 28 percent, and $245 to $685 per booked commercial project at 28 to 42 percent. Our Local Services Ads page puts the plumbing lead at $35 to $75.
The three full case studies on this site are a Connecticut waterproofing company, 39 leads at $150 in its best 30 days; an Orlando locksmith, 130 measured leads at $53 after spend fell 34 percent, Search only, one county over from Kissimmee; and an Orange County roofer, 6 leads at $570 to 34 at $161 a month. The mechanics transfer unchanged: calls as the goal the account bids toward, one campaign per job type, the repipe in its own campaign, and any county that never produces a lead cut from targeting.
And the Orlando locksmith takeover at /case-study-locksmith-orlando, the nearest full case study in geography.
Section 489.119 requires the licence number in every advertisement regardless of medium. An agency that leaves it out of the ad copy has not read the statute, and the notice of noncompliance goes to you.
A Miami click runs to $52 and a Fort Myers click to $162. One campaign with one bid spends the Miami budget on Gulf coast clicks and reports it as a lead cost.
The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in an auction where an emergency click in Sarasota runs to $212. Ours leaves $4,205.
$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.
The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.
Blue Grid Media is a plumbing marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for plumbing companies in Florida and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every plumbing ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive plumbing leads in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, West Palm Beach and Pensacola, and across Florida, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for plumbing companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.
On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.
| Total monthly budget | Management | Ad spend to Google | Share reaching the ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,300 | $795 | $2,505 | 76% |
| $4,000 | $795 | $3,205 | 80% |
| $5,000 | $795 | $4,205 | 84% |
| $7,500 | $795 | $6,705 | 89% |
| $10,795 | $795 | $10,000 | 93% |
Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.
Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a plumbing campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.
We do not sell plumbing leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, whether they report cost per booked job, and whether they can show a Florida plumbing account. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, booked-job benchmarks by job type, and the Kissimmee account.
Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single metro, and plan to double the daily budgets for the September storm week and the February cold snap. Florida plumbing clicks run $24 to $98 at the top of the page for plumber near me and $33 to $107 for emergency, though what accounts pay sits well below the top of the page; the Kissimmee account produced leads at $79 to $429 by campaign.
Yes. Section 489.119(5)(b) requires the certification or registration number in every offer of services, bid, contract or advertisement regardless of medium. We put the CFC number in every ad and on every landing page, and the board can fine or cite a contractor who does not correct an omission within 30 days.
September and February. Plumber near me ran 110,000 in September 2026 and 90,500 in February, against 40,500 in November. Emergency plumber near me peaked at 33,100 in September, water heater repair near me at 18,100 in both February and September, and frozen pipes at 2,400 in February.
Yes. Plumbers is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Florida restriction. Google checks the state licence, insurance and a background check before the Google Verified badge shows, three to four weeks on average. Our Local Services Ads page puts the plumbing lead at $35 to $75.
Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive plumbing lead campaigns in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, West Palm Beach and Pensacola, and across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Osceola, Duval, Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Brevard, Escambia and Leon counties, bid by metro because the click prices differ by three times across them. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads account in your name, never resold and never shared with another plumbing company.
Cost per booked job is the better number. Our plumbing page publishes $55 to $140 per booked drain or service call, $120 to $345 per booked water heater replacement and $385 to $1,250 per booked repipe, and our Local Services Ads page puts the plumbing lead at $35 to $75. In Kissimmee the Spanish campaign produced leads at $79 and the English water heater campaign at $270 in the same month.
Yes. The one plumbing account we publish is in Kissimmee, Florida, with its numbers on our plumbing page, and the team has managed 20+ plumbing accounts across its career. We do not publish a Florida client count because it would be a guess.
$795 for Google Ads management, a $750 one-time setup, and at least $2,500 in ad spend paid to Google directly: $4,045 in the first month, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside Google Ads the management fee is $995.
Yes, and the Kissimmee account is the proof: a Spanish campaign written by us, sent to a Spanish landing page, at $79 a lead. We work with clients in Spanish from the first call to the monthly report. The Spanish-language page is /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
