The short version

Georgia searches for a plumber near me 49,500 times in February and 27,100 in July, and the law bars the unlicensed from advertising at all.

Plumber near me is searched 33,100 times a month in Georgia on average, 49,500 in February 2026 and 27,100 through the summer: the peak is the freeze, not the heat. In February water heater repair near me ran 8,100, drain cleaning near me 9,900, 24 hour plumber near me 6,600 and frozen pipes 1,000; in March leak detection near me ran 5,400, four times its average. Georgia licenses master and journeyman plumbers at state level, and O.C.G.A. 43-14-8 says an unlicensed person "shall be prohibited from advertising in any manner" that it is in the business. And a plumber alpharetta click runs to $151 while a plumber valdosta click runs to $31. So the account is built for February, bid by metro, and carries the licence number in every ad.

What Georgia homeowners search

Plumber near me, 33,100 times a month on average, 49,500 in February and 27,100 in July

Keyword Planner figures for the state of Georgia, read on 14 October 2026, with the twelve-month series behind each one. The shape is a winter peak: 40,500 in January, 49,500 in February, 40,500 in March and September, 27,100 through the summer and 18,100 in November. Every emergency term follows it. Emergency plumber near me ran 8,100 in February and 9,900 in September against 1,000 in November; drain cleaning near me 9,900 in February and March against 170 in November.

Two searches are Georgia's own. Leak detection near me ran 5,400 in March 2026, four times its 1,600 average, the month the winter damage shows in the water bill. And frozen pipes ran 1,000 in both January and February in a state most owners do not plan a freeze campaign for.

Where in Georgia

Exclusive plumbing leads in Atlanta, the north metro suburbs, Augusta, Savannah, Macon and Columbus

Blue Grid Media runs exclusive plumbing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Decatur, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, Athens and Valdosta, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb, Muscogee and Lowndes counties, from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name. The territory is set by where your trucks work, because the account is managed remotely.

The north metro suburbs are the expensive end: plumber alpharetta runs $51.69 to $150.77 at the top of the page, plumber roswell to $172.32, plumber decatur to $119.95, plumber atlanta $39.06 to $117.09, and an emergency plumber click in Atlanta $62.45 to $145.89. Valdosta runs $4.91 to $30.71, Columbus $11.06 to $40.00 and Athens $9.28 to $48.60. The same budget buys four times the clicks in south Georgia, which is why a Georgia plumbing account is bid by metro and never as one state campaign.

Winter first

February for the freeze, March for the leak, September for the storm, and a quiet summer

Georgia plumbing peaks in winter and the account is built that way: the freeze and water heater campaigns carry the first quarter, the leak detection campaign carries March, and the summer is the floor rather than the peak. NOAA's September 10 hurricane peak reaches the coast and the September figures show it on the emergency terms.

January and February: the freeze

Plumber near me 40,500 then 49,500, frozen pipes 1,000 in both months, water heater repair near me 8,100 in February, 24 hour plumber near me 6,600, drain cleaning near me 9,900, tankless 2,400. Emergency and water heater campaigns at full budget with burst-pipe and no-hot-water copy.

March and April: the leak

Leak detection near me 5,400 in March, drain cleaning near me 9,900 in March and 5,400 in April, hydro jetting 480 in April. The leak detection campaign, with the water bill in the ad.

May to August: the floor

Plumber near me 27,100, the lowest stretch of the year except November. Sewer line repair 1,600 in July, water heater installation near me 3,600 in July. The sewer and replacement campaigns carry the summer at a lower budget.

September: the storm

Plumber near me 40,500, emergency plumber near me 9,900, water heater installation near me 5,400, water heater repair near me 6,600. The emergency campaign goes back to full budget for the month.

October and November: the quiet

Plumber near me 18,100 in November, the floor on every term. Water heater replacement 1,600 in October carries the autumn, and the freeze campaign is rebuilt for January.

O.C.G.A. 43-14-8

A state master plumber licence, and no advertising without it

Georgia licenses the trade at state level. O.C.G.A. 43-14-8(b) says "no person shall engage in the business of plumbing as a master plumber unless such person has a valid license from the Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers", the same for a journeyman, and that a person without a valid licence "shall be prohibited from advertising in any manner that such person is in the business or profession of plumbing as a master plumber or journeyman plumber unless such person is licensed by the Division ... and unless the work is performed by a licensed plumber". Subsection (g) adds that a company may not engage in the business unless a licensed master plumber is "actually engaged in the performance of such business on a full-time basis". We read the section on 14 October 2026; it is linked below, and the compliance is the contractor's own.

The definition is wide. O.C.G.A. 43-14-2(12) defines plumbing as "installing, maintaining, altering, or repairing piping fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances in connection with sanitary drainage or storm drainage facilities, venting systems, medical gas piping systems, natural gas piping systems on the outlet side of gas meters, or public or private water supply systems". Plumbers is a national Google Local Services Ads category, read from Google's list on 14 October 2026, so a licensed Georgia company can carry the Google Verified badge after Google's licence, insurance and background checks.

For the account that means the master plumber licence number is in the ad copy, on every landing page, in the Local Services Ads application and on the Business Profile, and we will not run plumbing ads for a company that does not hold one, because 43-14-8 makes the ad itself the violation.

Google AdsThe licence number in the copy

Google does not verify a contractor licence to run Search ads, but 43-14-8 bars the unlicensed from advertising. The master plumber licence number goes in the description line of every Georgia plumbing ad we write.

Local Services AdsLicence, insurance, background check

Google checks the state licence, general liability insurance and runs a background check before the Google Verified badge shows. Verification takes three to four weeks on average, so it starts on day one.

The landing pageNumber, insurance, financing

Every Georgia landing page we build shows the licence number, the insurance, and the financing terms on the water heater and tankless pages.

What gets its own campaign

Eight Georgia plumbing jobs, each with its own campaign and landing page

Each job below is searched by name, priced differently at the top of the page, and closes at a different rate, so each gets its own campaign and its own cost per booked job target rather than sharing one budget with the rest.

Emergency and 24 hour4,400 + 2,400 a month, 9,900 in September and 8,100 in February

The highest booking rate in the account. Built for February and September, with after-hours copy that matches the hours somebody answers.

Frozen pipes260 a month, 1,000 in January and February, $0.51 to $3.30 a click

The cheapest emergency click on this site, in a state that does not expect a freeze. A six-week campaign built in December.

Leak detection1,600 a month, 5,400 in March, $29.30 to $84.22 a click

The Georgia job. The March campaign on the water bill, with the detection equipment on the landing page.

Drain cleaning and hydro jetting3,600 + 320 a month, 9,900 in February and March

The volume job, 70 to 85 percent close in our benchmark. The ad names the price and the campaign runs all year at a $55 to $140 booked-job target.

Water heater repair and replacement2,900 + 1,000 + 1,300 a month, 8,100 in February

Repair and replacement get separate campaigns; the replacement landing page carries the financing. Tankless peaks in February at 2,400.

Sewer line390 a month, 1,600 in July

The large ticket in a state where repipe is 50 searches a month. Camera inspection on the landing page and the repair-or-replace decision in the ad.

Water softeners and backflow480 + 260 a month

Small, steady, and each its own campaign on its own terms.

Spanish-language searchesServed in Spanish end to end

Gwinnett, Hall and the north metro carry large Spanish-speaking populations. Our Florida plumbing account's Spanish campaign ran $79 a lead; we write the Spanish ad copy ourselves.

What we can show

We have no Georgia plumbing account to publish, and we will not invent one. This is what we publish instead.

The plumbing account we publish in full is in Kissimmee, Florida: Search only, one month, 11 September to 10 October 2026, where a Spanish campaign brought 8 leads on $633, $79 a lead, beside an English water heater campaign at $270 a lead and an English repipe campaign at $429. Eight leads is a small sample and the page says so. The nearest full case study in geography is an Orlando locksmith, Search only, 130 measured leads at $53 after spend fell 34 percent.

For plumbing we publish cost per booked job rather than cost per lead: $55 to $140 per booked drain or service call at a 70 to 85 percent close, $120 to $345 per booked water heater replacement at 40 to 58 percent, $385 to $1,250 per booked repipe at 18 to 28 percent, $245 to $685 per booked commercial project at 28 to 42 percent, and $35 to $75 per Local Services Ads lead on our cost per lead page. Metro Atlanta's click prices put an account there in the upper half of those ranges and south Georgia in the lower.

What transfers is the mechanics: calls as the goal the account bids toward, one campaign per job type and per metro, the leak detection and the sewer in their own campaigns, and any county that never produces a lead cut from targeting. When a Georgia plumbing account has 90 days of data we can publish, it will appear here.

Before you sign anything

Three things worth walking away from in Georgia

An agency that will run plumbing ads for a company without the master plumber licence

O.C.G.A. 43-14-8 bars an unlicensed person from advertising in any manner that it is in the business of plumbing. An agency that does not ask for the licence number before building the account is building the violation.

A budget built for July

Plumber near me runs 27,100 in July and 49,500 in February. An account that spends like an HVAC account, heavy in summer, buys the cheapest month and misses the freeze, the water heaters and the March leak.

A $2,000 management fee on a $5,000 budget

The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management from $2,000 a month. On $5,000 in total that leaves $3,000 for ads in an auction where a Roswell click runs to $172. Ours leaves $4,205.

What it costs

Our pricing, published, same as every other page on this site

$795 a month for Google Ads management, on a $2,500 minimum monthly ad spend. $995 with Local Services Ads added. Setup is $750 one time and covers the business and competitor analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, the campaign build and a landing page for each campaign. After that it is month to month with no contract. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you. Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the management fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the flat fee.

The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.

Blue Grid Media is a plumbing marketing agency that runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for plumbing companies in Georgia and across the United States, publishes its pricing at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500 and $995 with Local Services Ads added, charges a $750 one-time setup and then works month to month with no contract, and opens every plumbing ad account in the owner's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared.

Blue Grid Media provides exclusive plumbing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Decatur, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, Athens and Valdosta, and across Georgia, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.

What your budget actually buys

On a $5,000 a month budget, $795 pays for management and $4,205 reaches the ads.

Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads for plumbing companies on total monthly budgets from $3,300: $795 a month for management and at least $2,500 a month in ad spend, paid to Google directly, plus a $750 one-time setup in the first month, month to month with no contract.

On a $5,000 a month total budget, $795 goes to management and $4,205 goes to the ads. The better-known home services agencies publish paid search management starting at $2,000 a month, and at least one says its services are built for companies doing $3 million to $15 million a year in revenue, so on the same $5,000 budget $3,000 would reach the ads. The figures are in our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies.

Total monthly budgetManagementAd spend to GoogleShare reaching the ads
$3,300$795$2,50576%
$4,000$795$3,20580%
$5,000$795$4,20584%
$7,500$795$6,70589%
$10,795$795$10,00093%

Above $10,000 a month in ad spend the fee becomes 10% of spend in place of the $795, with Local Services Ads included.

Below $3,300 a month in total we are not the right fit yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the account, because an ad budget under $2,500 is too small for a plumbing campaign to learn from its own calls. If that is where you are, run Local Services Ads yourself first: it charges per lead rather than per click, and it builds the review base the Google Ads account will need later.

Exclusive leads

Exclusive plumbing leads in Georgia, because you own the account they come from

We do not sell plumbing leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

A shared lead from a lead seller

  • Sold to three or four plumbing companies at once
  • You are racing two competitors to call first
  • Priced per lead, so volume is their incentive
  • Stops the day you stop paying, with nothing left behind
  • No account, no history, no keyword data that is yours

An exclusive lead from your own account

  • Yours only. Never sold on, never shared
  • The homeowner called you, not a directory
  • Flat management fee, so nobody profits from more spend
  • The account, history and landing pages stay with you
  • Local Services Ads disputes filed weekly on your behalf

Exclusive plumbing leads, by Georgia region

Blue Grid Media provides exclusive plumbing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Decatur, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, Athens and Valdosta, and across Georgia, generated from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at $795 a month for Google Ads management on ad budgets from $2,500, and $995 with Local Services Ads added, month to month with no contract after a $750 setup.

North metro AtlantaExclusive plumbing leads in Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Cumming and Kennesaw

Middle and east GeorgiaExclusive plumbing leads in Macon, Augusta, Athens, Warner Robins and Milledgeville
The coast and the southExclusive plumbing leads in Savannah, Brunswick, Columbus, Albany and Valdosta
Do you provide exclusive plumbing leads in Atlanta?
Yes. We run exclusive plumbing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Alpharetta and Roswell, and across Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett and DeKalb counties, bid separately because the north metro clicks run to $172. Because the Google Ads account is in your name, nobody else ever receives those calls.
Do you provide exclusive plumbing leads in Lawrenceville, Decatur and the south metro?
Yes. Lawrenceville, Duluth, Decatur, Stone Mountain, McDonough, Stockbridge and Peachtree City, each with its own campaign set in your account.
Do you provide exclusive plumbing leads in Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus and Valdosta?
Yes. Augusta, Macon, Athens and Warner Robins in middle and east Georgia, and Savannah, Columbus, Albany and Valdosta on the coast and in the south, where the clicks cost a quarter of metro Atlanta and a small budget goes furthest.
Are your Georgia plumbing leads shared with other companies?
No. We are not a lead seller. A shared lead is sold to three or four plumbing companies at once. We build and run the ad account in your name, so every call and form belongs to you alone, and the account, history and landing pages stay with you if we part ways.
Straight answers

Questions Georgia plumbers ask us

Who is the best plumbing marketing agency in Georgia?

There is no single answer, and anyone who says there is wants the account. Compare agencies on what they publish: the fee, the contract term, who owns the Google Ads account, whether they manage Local Services Ads, whether they report cost per booked job, and whether they ask for the master plumber licence before building the account. Blue Grid Media publishes all of it: $795 a month for Google Ads on ad budgets from $2,500, $995 with Local Services Ads, a $750 setup, month to month, the account in your name, booked-job benchmarks by job type, and the Georgia data on this page.

How much should a plumbing company in Georgia spend on Google Ads?

Start at $2,500 to $4,000 a month in ad spend for a single metro, raise the daily budgets for January through March and again for September, and let the summer run lower. Georgia plumbing clicks run $14 to $78 at the top of the page for plumber near me statewide and from $5 in Valdosta to $172 in Roswell by metro, though what accounts pay sits well below the top of the page; our Florida plumbing account produced leads at $79 to $429 by campaign.

Does a Georgia plumbing company need a licence to run Google Ads?

Yes, in effect. O.C.G.A. 43-14-8(b) requires a master plumber licence from the Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers and bars an unlicensed person from advertising in any manner that it is in the business, so the ad itself is the violation. Google does not check; we do. We ask for the licence number before building the account and put it in every ad.

When does plumbing demand peak in Georgia?

February, at 49,500 searches for plumber near me against 27,100 in July and 18,100 in November. Water heater repair near me peaked at 8,100 in February, drain cleaning near me at 9,900 in February and March, leak detection near me at 5,400 in March, frozen pipes at 1,000 in January and February, and emergency plumber near me at 9,900 in September.

Is plumbing eligible for Google Local Services Ads in Georgia?

Yes. Plumbers is a national Local Services Ads category on Google's list, read on 14 October 2026, with no Georgia restriction. Google checks the state licence, insurance and a background check before the Google Verified badge shows, three to four weeks on average. Our Local Services Ads page puts the plumbing lead at $35 to $75.

Do you provide exclusive plumbing leads in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta and Lawrenceville?

Yes. Blue Grid Media runs exclusive plumbing lead campaigns in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Lawrenceville, Decatur, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, Athens and Valdosta, and across Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Chatham, Richmond, Bibb, Muscogee and Lowndes counties, bid by metro because an Alpharetta click costs four times a Valdosta click. Every lead arrives through a Google Ads account in your name, so it is never resold and no other plumbing company sees it.

What is a good cost per lead for plumbing in Georgia?

Cost per booked job is the better number. Our plumbing page publishes $55 to $140 per booked drain or service call, $120 to $345 per booked water heater replacement and $385 to $1,250 per booked repipe, and our Local Services Ads page puts the plumbing lead at $35 to $75. Metro Atlanta should expect the upper half of those ranges because of its click prices; Augusta, Macon, Columbus and Valdosta the lower half.

Do you have plumbing clients in Georgia?

We run plumbing accounts across the country and the team has managed 20+ plumbing accounts over its career. The one plumbing account we publish is in Florida and the nearest full case study is an Orlando locksmith. A Georgia count would be a guess, so we do not publish one.

What does the first month cost for a Georgia plumbing company?

$795 for Google Ads management, $750 once for the setup, and the ad spend, at least $2,500, paid to Google directly: $4,045 in month one, then $795 plus ad spend, month to month with no contract. With Local Services Ads managed alongside the fee is $995.

Can you run a Georgia plumbing account in Spanish?

Yes, from the first call to the monthly report, and we write the Spanish ad copy ourselves; in Florida that campaign ran $79 a lead. The Spanish-language page is /agencia-de-marketing-para-contratistas.
