The short version

In immigration law, Spanish is not the cheap search. Build both languages.

Immigration lawyer near me runs $4.54 to $20.39 a click in English. Abogado de inmigración runs $6.64 to $50.00 in Spanish, at high competition, because firms already fight for those clients. EOIR reports 3,469,569 cases pending in immigration court. An immigration account is built by case type, in both languages, and in plain view of the notario problem USCIS warns about.

Sound familiar?

What immigration firms tell us before we see the account

Immigration lawyers who call us describe the same four problems. Most of them come back to language, trust and which case types the account is built around.

Our Spanish ads cost more than our English ones, and we assumed the opposite.

In most trades the Spanish search is the cheap one. In immigration law it is not: abogado de inmigración runs up to $50 a click at high competition, against about $20 for the English search.

Callers have already paid a notario who filed the wrong form.

USCIS says a notario público is not authorized to provide legal services related to immigration. The page should name your attorneys and their bar admissions, in both languages.

Our agency wants to retarget people who read our asylum page.

Google lists services for immigrants and legal services for refugees as sensitive categories. Customer match, your data segments, audience expansion and lookalikes are not available for them.

H-1B employers and family cases end up in the same campaign.

An employer and a family are different buyers searching different words at different bids. They need separate campaigns and pages.

How clients search

The same client searches in two languages, at two prices

Keyword Planner shows the split. The English searches are large and moderately priced. The Spanish searches are smaller and cost more per click, with high competition, because immigration firms already advertise in Spanish. Employment visas sit on their own, with the highest English bids.

So the account runs English and Spanish campaigns side by side, each landing on a page written in that language, and an employment campaign aimed at the employer.

The demand

3,469,569 cases are pending in immigration court

The Justice Department's Executive Office for Immigration Review reports 3,469,569 pending cases in immigration court at the third quarter of fiscal 2026, down from a peak of 3,924,993 in fiscal 2024. In fiscal 2025, 55 percent of completed cases and 77 percent of completed asylum cases had a representative.

That is the court side alone. Green cards, visas and citizenship run through USCIS, and every one of those clients is searching for help, often in two languages.

The trust problem

USCIS warns about notarios, so the page has to prove who you are

USCIS says: "A notario público is not authorized to provide you with any legal services related to immigration. Only an attorney or an accredited representative working for a Department of Justice recognized organization can give you legal advice and represent you in your immigration case."

Many clients have heard that warning, and some have already been hurt by a notario. A page that names each attorney, shows the state bar admission, explains the consultation fee and says it in Spanish too answers the question the client is afraid to ask.

What we checked

Where the facts on this page come from

Search volumes and bid ranges are from Google Keyword Planner for the United States, English and Spanish language settings, read 8 October 2026. Pending case and representation figures are from EOIR's Adjudication Statistics. The notario warning is from USCIS's Avoid Scams page, last updated 4 August 2026. The sensitive category examples are from Google's Marginalized groups policy page, and the Local Services Ads category, requirements and badge wording from Google's help pages, all read 8 October 2026.

What this page does not claim

No immigration cost per lead, retainer rate or case value, because none is published in a source we can verify. No client results. Nothing here is legal advice about your state's advertising rules.

Campaign structure

The eight immigration lines, each in its own words

An H-1B petition for an employer, a green card through marriage and a removal defense are three different clients, often in two languages. Each line below gets its own campaign and its own page.

Employment visas

H-1B immigration lawyer draws about 6,600 a month at $12.60 to $50.02. The employer is often the client.

Extraordinary ability

DACA

DACA immigration lawyer draws about 4,400 a month, rising sharply around policy news.

Citizenship

Immigration lawyer services is a national Local Services Ads category

Google lists Immigration lawyer services among its US Local Services Ads categories, and it is not one of the seven restricted to California and Florida. Google's US requirements page lists identity checks for the business owner and fieldworkers, business and owner background checks for select users, professional liability insurance where local law requires it, and a state bar license check for each immigration lawyer in the firm. Google says it is launching a single badge for all advertisers, the Google Verified badge. Read from Google's requirements page and category list on 8 October 2026.

What it costs

Our pricing, published, same as every other page on this site

$445 a month for Local Services Ads management. From $695 for Google Ads. $995 for both. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you and we never take a percentage of it. Custom landing pages for your campaigns are included at no charge.

The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study, and what a fee should look like against your ad spend on the agency fee guide.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

Is immigration law a Google Local Services Ads category?

Yes. Google lists Immigration lawyer services among its US Local Services Ads categories, and it is not one of the seven restricted to California and Florida, which are architect, drain expert, home insulation, insurance agency, interior designer, piercing studio and tattoo studio. Google's requirements page lists a state bar license check for each immigration lawyer in the firm. We read both on 8 October 2026.

Are Spanish immigration ads cheaper?

No, the opposite. Keyword Planner shows abogado de inmigración at $6.64 to $50.00 at high competition, against $4.54 to $20.39 for immigration lawyer near me, read on 8 October 2026. Immigration firms already compete in Spanish.

Can you write the Spanish ads?

Yes. Julian, who runs Blue Grid Media, speaks Spanish and writes the Spanish ad copy himself, never through a machine translator.

Can you retarget people who visited our website?

No. Google's personalized advertising policy lists services for immigrants and legal services for refugees as sensitive categories. Advertisers can use predefined Google audiences but not customer match, their own data segments, audience expansion or lookalikes.

How many immigration court cases are pending?

EOIR reports 3,469,569 pending cases at the third quarter of fiscal 2026, down from 3,924,993 in fiscal 2024. In fiscal 2025, 55 percent of completed cases had a representative.

Have you worked with law firms before?

Yes. Across the team's career we have managed 15+ law firm accounts. We do not name firms or publish their results without written permission.

How much does an immigration law marketing agency cost?

Blue Grid Media charges $445 a month for Local Services Ads management, from $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both, month to month with no setup fee, and Spanish campaigns are included rather than billed as an extra. The Google Ads fee follows your monthly ad spend: $695 up to $3,000, $995 from $3,000 to $8,000 and $1,495 from $8,000 to $20,000. In our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies, only 22 published a price at all.

What should I look for in an immigration law marketing agency?

A published price, month to month terms, the ad account in your firm's name, Spanish written by a person who speaks it, and separate campaigns for employers and families. An agency that machine translates or offers to retarget your asylum page visitors is a risk to a firm whose clients already fear notarios.

Should we advertise employment visas and family cases together?

No. H-1B immigration lawyer runs $12.60 to $50.02 a click and is often searched by the employer, while family green card searches run about $5 to $20. Different buyers and different bids need separate campaigns and pages.

When should an immigration firm switch agencies?

When you cannot see your own account, when Spanish ads land on English pages, when the report counts calls instead of retainers, or when a contract stops you leaving. With the account in your name, switching costs you nothing.

Is Blue Grid Media a Google Partner?

Yes. Blue Grid Media is a Google Partner. Each account manager handles 20 accounts at most, so your account gets looked at every week rather than once a quarter.

How long does Local Services Ads verification take for a law firm?

Google says the screening process takes three to four weeks on average after you submit your documents. Google Ads can run while it completes, so the account does not sit idle. Google checks the state bar license of each immigration lawyer in the firm.

What does it cost?

We charge $445 a month for Local Services Ads management, from $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to you and we never take a percentage of it. Campaign landing pages are included.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We open it in your name and it stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours.

Exclusive leads

Exclusive immigration law leads, because you own the account they come from

We do not sell immigration law leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.

A shared lead from a lead seller

  • Sold to three or four immigration law firms at once
  • You are racing two competitors to call first
  • Priced per lead, so volume is their incentive
  • Stops the day you stop paying, with nothing left behind
  • No account, no history, no keyword data that is yours

An exclusive lead from your own account

  • Yours only. Never sold on, never shared
  • The client called you, not a directory
  • Flat management fee, so nobody profits from more spend
  • The account, history and landing pages stay with you
  • Search terms reviewed weekly, and the waste taken out

Exclusive immigration law leads, by market

We provide exclusive immigration law leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by the communities your firm serves rather than where we sit.

WestExclusive immigration law leads in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City
Do you provide exclusive immigration law leads in New York?
Yes. We run exclusive immigration law lead campaigns in New York, including Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens, and in more than 45 other United States metros. The leads are exclusive because they come from a Google Ads and Local Services Ads account held in your name, so they are never resold and never shared with another firm.
Which cities do you run exclusive immigration law lead campaigns in?
We run exclusive immigration law lead campaigns in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and across roughly 50 metros nationwide. Campaigns are managed remotely, so coverage is set by the communities your firm serves rather than where we are based. Smaller and rural markets are covered too, and the auction there is usually cheaper than any major metro.
Are your immigration law leads shared with other companies?
No. We are not a lead seller. A shared lead is sold to three or four immigration law firms at once, which is why you end up racing competitors to call first. We build and run the ad account in your name instead, so every call and form belongs to you alone, and the account, history and landing pages stay with you if we ever part ways.
Do you work with immigration law firms with several locations?
Yes. For immigration law firms with 2 to 9 locations we run one campaign set and one Local Services Ads profile per location, so locations in the same metro stop bidding against each other, with every account in the owner's name, at $599 a location a month. At 10 locations it is $499 a location and at 20 accounts $350 each, month to month with no setup fee. Our multi-location page shows how the locations are structured.

Not on the list does not mean not covered. We run immigration law accounts nationwide across the United States, including smaller and rural markets where the auction is usually cheaper than any metro above.

Multi-location and franchise

Immigration law firms with several locations, or a franchise

Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for immigration law firms with several locations, including franchise groups, with case-type and language campaigns per office, with one campaign set and one Local Services Ads profile per location, every account in the owner's name, at $599 a location a month for 2 to 9 locations, $499 at 10 and $350 an account at 20, month to month.

One ad per auction

Google lists showing more than one ad for your business in a single ad location as a prohibited practice. Locations in the same metro are given markets instead of bidding against each other for the same immigration law search.

Licences per location

Google asks a business serving several locations for business and employee level licences for each one, and where locations serve the same area it shows only the highest ranking ad. Each location gets its own profile, drawn to its own area.

Measured by location

A tracking number per location and booked work imported per location, so the budget moves each month to the locations with capacity and the best cost per booked job.

Franchise territories

For a franchise, location targets are copied from the territory list in the agreement, brand searches run once from the fund, and each lead goes to the owner of the territory it came from.

2 to 9 locations$599per location, per month
10 locations$499per location, per month
20 accounts$350per account, per month

A single location stays on $445 for Local Services Ads, $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. Across the team's career we have managed franchise groups of 20 to 36 locations and 250+ contractor accounts. The account shapes are on our multi-location page, and franchise systems have their own page.

Websites and landing pages

A page per case type, in English and in Spanish

A client wary of notarios wants to see attorneys named with bar admissions, the case types you take and the consultation fee, in their language. A page per case type in both languages earns the call.

Fast and mobile first

Most local searches happen on a phone, so the page is built to load fast there. Faster pages convert more of the clicks you have already paid for.

Call and form tracking wired in

Every call and form is connected to tracking from day one, so you can see which ads and which pages actually produce booked work rather than just traffic.

Local SEO and schema

On-page SEO and local schema markup so the site earns map and organic visibility over time instead of only working while the ads are switched on.
