Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for personal injury law firms across the US: exclusive leads from an account in your name, from $445 a month, month to month.

Keyword Planner puts car accident lawyer near me at $86 to $445 a click and truck accident lawyer at up to $1,000, the top of every range we pulled. NHTSA counts 2.42 million people injured in US crashes in 2024. At those prices, a personal injury account is built case type by case type and judged on signed cases, not on calls.
Partners and marketing directors who call us describe the same four problems. Most of them come back to what the account counts as a result.
We spend six figures a year and cannot say which ads signed a case.
The account is counting calls, so it buys calls. Import signed cases from the case management system against the click, and the bidding learns which searches turn into retainers.
Half our calls are property damage only, or someone who already has a lawyer.
Those are intake questions as much as ad questions. Negative keywords, a page that says what you take, and a call screen that asks two questions first remove most of them before they cost a signed case.
Our truck campaign spends the whole budget by noon.
Truck accident lawyer runs up to $1,000 a click in Keyword Planner. It needs its own budget, its own hours and its own page, or it starves every other case type.
A lead company sells us cases and we do not know where they come from.
ABA Model Rule 7.2(b) bars giving anything of value for recommending a lawyer's services, with an exception for the reasonable costs of advertisements. Ask any lead seller how their model fits your state's version of that rule before you buy.
Keyword Planner shows how wide the range is. A truck accident search can cost twenty times a dog bite search, and a medical malpractice search costs less than either because most personal injury firms do not take those cases. One blended campaign lets the cheapest clicks decide where the money goes.
So the account is split by case type, each with its own bid, its own hours and its own page that says what you handle and what the client should bring to the first call.
| Search | Monthly searches, US | Top-of-page bid |

Google Keyword Planner, United States, English, read 8 October 2026. Each row is one synonym group, so the rows are not added together. Bids are the top-of-page range, not a guaranteed cost per click. $1,000 was the highest bid Keyword Planner showed for any search we pulled.
NHTSA reports 39,254 people killed in motor vehicle crashes in the United States in 2024, down from 41,025 in 2023, and an estimated 2.42 million injured, down from 2.44 million, a change it says was not statistically significant. Its early estimate for 2025 is 36,640 deaths, a 6.7 percent drop.
Fewer deaths does not mean fewer calls. Two million people injured a year is a steady demand spread across every county, and every firm in each county is bidding for the same searches.

People injured in US motor vehicle crashes. NHTSA, DOT HS 813 791. The 2024 figures are not yet final.

Projected deaths, down 6.7 percent. NHTSA, DOT HS 813 800.
ABA Model Rule 7.1 says: "A lawyer shall not make a false or misleading communication about the lawyer or the lawyer's services." Rule 7.2(b) says a lawyer shall not give anything of value to a person for recommending the lawyer's services, except that a lawyer may pay the reasonable costs of advertisements. Rule 7.3(b) bars soliciting employment by live person-to-person contact when a significant motive is the lawyer's pecuniary gain, with listed exceptions.
States add their own rules. The Florida Bar's handbook says paid, sponsored and promoted internet search results are subject to the lawyer advertising rules, and Rule 4-7.19(a) requires a lawyer who advertises to file each advertisement with the Bar at least 20 days before first dissemination. Texas Rule 7.04 requires filing no later than ten days after dissemination.
We ask which state bars you are admitted in before any ad is written, and build the filing step into the launch.
Past verdicts and settlements carry their own rules in many states. They go in only as your bar allows.
Florida's handbook says a triggered search ad is not misleading if its first text is the advertising firm's name.
Paying for advertising is allowed. Paying for a recommendation is not. We will not run a model that blurs the two.
No published figure tells us your intake-to-signed rate or what a case is worth to your firm, so this page does not print one. What we can say is how the account is measured once a click can cost more than a client's first appointment with a doctor.
Imported from your case management system against the click, by case type, so the bids follow retainers.
The ads run when someone answers. A click at 2 a.m. that reaches voicemail is the most expensive click in the account.
What you handle, what to bring, what happens next, and the lawyers named with their bar admissions.
A weekly listen to recorded calls tells us which searches bring property-damage-only callers and which bring cases.
No published figure tells us what a signed case costs a firm like yours, so this table does not print one. It shows who each channel reaches and where it falls down.
| Channel | Who it reaches | What it costs you | Where it falls down |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads, case-type searches | The injured person searching your case type nearby | Per click; $50 to $1,000 at the top of the page | Measured on calls it buys calls; measured on signed cases it buys cases |
| Local Services Ads, Personal injury lawyer services | People searching for an injury lawyer by category | Per lead, above the map pack | Bar license check per lawyer, and leads still need intake |
| Lead sellers | Whoever filled in a form somewhere | Per lead or per case | Rule 7.2 limits paying for recommendations; ask how theirs works |
| TV, radio and billboards | Everyone in the market | Production plus airtime | Builds the name people later search, slow to measure |
| Referrals | Clients and other lawyers who trust you | Years of good work | The best cases you get, and not for sale by the click |

Search volumes and bid ranges are from Google Keyword Planner for the United States, read 8 October 2026. No personal injury cost per lead, cost per signed case, intake rate or case value, because none is published in a source we can verify. No verdicts and no client results. Nothing here is legal advice about your state's advertising rules; your bar's own rules decide what an ad may say.
A truck crash, a slip and fall and a dog bite are three different cases with three different clicks, and the truck click can cost twenty times the dog bite. Each case type below gets its own campaign, its own page and its own budget.
Car accident lawyer near me is searched about 165,000 times a month at $86 to $445 a click.
Truck accident lawyer runs about 49,500 a month at $94.86 to $1,000 a click, the top of every range we pulled.
About 22,200 searches a month at $87 to $618 a click. A smaller, costlier campaign.
Slip and fall attorney draws about 22,200 a month at $83 to $469. Liability is the question the page answers.
Wrongful death attorney runs about 12,100 a month at $83 to $553. The tone of the page matters more than anywhere else.
Dog bite lawyer draws about 14,800 a month at $49 to $374, a lower bid for a clearer case.
Medical malpractice lawyer runs about 135,000 a month at $4 to $29, cheap because most PI firms do not take it.
Injury lawyer near me runs about 301,000 a month at $57 to $314. The broadest search, and the one to watch hardest.
Truck, car, slip and fall and malpractice clicks differ by twenty times. One budget lets the cheap ones decide.
A call is not a case. Ask what the report says about signed retainers, by case type.
ABA Rule 7.2 separates paying for advertising from paying for a recommendation. If the seller cannot say which they are, walk away.
At these prices, a missed call at night is the most expensive mistake in the account.
Google lists Personal injury lawyer services among its US Local Services Ads categories, and it is not one of the seven restricted to California and Florida. Google's US requirements page lists identity checks for the business owner and fieldworkers, business and owner background checks for select users, professional liability insurance where local law requires it, and a state bar license check for each personal injury lawyer in the firm. Google says it is launching a single badge for all advertisers, the Google Verified badge. Read from Google's requirements page and category list on 8 October 2026.
These are the terms firm owners and marketing directors use when they shop for help, from Google Keyword Planner for the United States. The bids say how hard this profession is pitched: up to $165 for one lawyer's click on an agency search.

The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. Yes. Google lists Personal injury lawyer services among its US Local Services Ads categories, and it is not one of the seven restricted to California and Florida, which are architect, drain expert, home insulation, insurance agency, interior designer, piercing studio and tattoo studio. Google's requirements page lists a state bar license check for each personal injury lawyer in the firm. We read both on 8 October 2026.
Keyword Planner shows car accident lawyer near me at $86 to $445 at the top of the page and truck accident lawyer at $94.86 to $1,000, read on 8 October 2026. Medical malpractice lawyer runs only $4 to $29, because most personal injury firms do not take those cases.
Yes. ABA Model Rule 7.1 bars false or misleading communication about a lawyer's services, and states add their own. The Florida Bar's handbook says paid and sponsored search results are subject to the lawyer advertising rules, and Florida Rule 4-7.19(a) requires filing ads at least 20 days before first use.
ABA Model Rule 7.2(b) bars giving anything of value for recommending a lawyer's services, except the reasonable costs of advertisements, and your state's version controls. Ask any lead seller how their model fits that rule before you buy. An ad account in your own name avoids the question.
NHTSA estimates 2.42 million people were injured in US motor vehicle crashes in 2024, with 39,254 killed. Its early estimate for 2025 is 36,640 deaths, down 6.7 percent.
Yes. Across the team's career we have managed 15+ law firm accounts. We do not name firms or publish their results without written permission.
Blue Grid Media charges $445 a month for Local Services Ads management, from $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both, month to month with no setup fee. The Google Ads fee follows your monthly ad spend: $695 up to $3,000, $995 from $3,000 to $8,000 and $1,495 from $8,000 to $20,000. In our study of 62 contractor marketing agencies, only 22 published a price at all. At personal injury click prices, the fee is the small number; the ad spend and the cost per signed case are the big ones.
Five things you can check before you sign: a published price, month to month terms, the ad account opened in your firm's name, reports that count signed cases by case type rather than calls, and a plan for your state's advertising rules, including any filing requirement. An agency that cannot show all five is asking you to trust it with the most expensive clicks in Google Ads.
Ask for signed cases by case type next to ad spend by case type. If the report stops at calls or form fills, nobody knows. Ask too for the search terms report and the account's change history, which show what the money bought and what the agency actually did.
When you cannot see your own account, when the report counts calls instead of signed cases, when a contract stops you leaving, or when truck and car campaigns share one budget. Because we open accounts in your name, leaving us never means losing your history.
Yes. Blue Grid Media is a Google Partner. Each account manager handles 20 accounts at most, so your account gets looked at every week rather than once a quarter.
Yes. Julian, who runs Blue Grid Media, works with clients in Spanish from the first call through onboarding, support and the monthly report, and writes Spanish ad copy himself rather than running it through a translator.
Google says the screening process takes three to four weeks on average after you submit your documents. Google Ads can run while it completes, so the account does not sit idle. Google checks the state bar license of each personal injury lawyer in the firm, so have every admission ready.
We charge $445 a month for Local Services Ads management, from $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to you and we never take a percentage of it. Campaign landing pages are included.
You do. We open it in your name and it stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours.
We do not sell personal injury leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
We provide exclusive personal injury leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by the counties your firm practices in rather than where we sit.
Not on the list does not mean not covered. We run personal injury accounts nationwide across the United States, including smaller and rural markets where the auction is usually cheaper than any metro above.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for personal injury firms with several locations, including franchise groups, with case-type campaigns per office, with one campaign set and one Local Services Ads profile per location, every account in the owner's name, at $599 a location a month for 2 to 9 locations, $499 at 10 and $350 an account at 20, month to month.
Google lists showing more than one ad for your business in a single ad location as a prohibited practice. Locations in the same metro are given markets instead of bidding against each other for the same personal injury search.
Google asks a business serving several locations for business and employee level licences for each one, and where locations serve the same area it shows only the highest ranking ad. Each location gets its own profile, drawn to its own area.
A tracking number per location and booked work imported per location, so the budget moves each month to the locations with capacity and the best cost per booked job.
For a franchise, location targets are copied from the territory list in the agreement, brand searches run once from the fund, and each lead goes to the owner of the territory it came from.
A single location stays on $445 for Local Services Ads, $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. Across the team's career we have managed franchise groups of 20 to 36 locations and 250+ contractor accounts. The account shapes are on our multi-location page, and franchise systems have their own page.
Someone searching truck accident lawyer wants to know you take truck cases, what to bring and what happens next, with each lawyer named and admitted. A page per case type that says that turns the expensive click into the call.
Most local searches happen on a phone, so the page is built to load fast there. Faster pages convert more of the clicks you have already paid for.
Every call and form is connected to tracking from day one, so you can see which ads and which pages actually produce booked work rather than just traffic.
On-page SEO and local schema markup so the site earns map and organic visibility over time instead of only working while the ads are switched on.
Bring the case types you want more of, who answers intake at night and how your state treats lawyer advertising. Twenty minutes gives you which searches to buy, which to leave, and what a signed case should cost in ads on your numbers. No charge.
