Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for restaurants across the US: exclusive leads from an account in your name, from $445 a month, month to month.
As Featured In · Our Research Cited By
Brunch near me is searched about 2,240,000 times a month at $0.38 to $1.77 a click, and Google Maps answers it with no ad at all. Catering near me is searched about 135,000 times a month, peaking in December, and a single order can feed an office. The restaurant account that pays is built around catering, private dining and the holiday calendar.
Owners who call us describe the same four problems. Most of them come back to paying for searches that were never going to need an ad.
We pay for ads on our own name and on the word restaurant, and we cannot tell what they bring in.
Your name and the general near me searches are answered by the map and your Business Profile. The ad budget belongs on searches with an order behind them: catering, private rooms and events.
The delivery apps take a cut of every order, even from people who already know us.
Google's Order with Google lets a restaurant take pickup and delivery orders through its own Business Profile. Third-party providers also appear on the profile automatically, so the direct link has to be set up and kept up.
Our catering inquiries come in random, then disappear for months.
They are not random. Catering near me peaks at about 201,000 searches in December. Private room dining near me runs about 27,100 a month from September to January and 12,100 in June and July.
An agency sold us a social package and we have more followers and the same Tuesday.
Followers are not covers. A slow Tuesday is filled by a group booking, a lunch order or a private event, each of which can be measured to the booking.
Keyword Planner shows the shape of it. The walk-in searches are enormous and cost under two dollars, because Google answers them with the map pack, the hours and the reviews. A restaurant gets that traffic from a complete Business Profile, not from an ad.
The searches with a ticket behind them are smaller and worth more. A company ordering lunch for an office, a family booking a private room, a couple booking a rehearsal dinner. That is where we spend.

Google Keyword Planner, United States, English, read 8 October 2026. Each row is one synonym group, so the rows are not added together. Bids are the top-of-page range, not a guaranteed cost per click.
The monthly figures in Keyword Planner show it. Catering near me rose from about 135,000 searches in a quiet month to about 201,000 in December. Easter brunch near me reached about 301,000 in April and fell to about 140 in November. Mother's Day brunch near me hit about 301,000 in May.
So the budget moves with the calendar. Private rooms and holiday parties in the autumn, catering through December, brunch holidays in the spring, and a lower floor in the summer months when private room searches fall to about 12,100.

Google's Business Profile help pages say a restaurant can add links so customers can check a menu, make a reservation and place a food order, with up to 10 links per category. Restaurants can also accept pickup and delivery orders directly through the profile with Order with Google.
The same page notes that third-party providers who say they have a relationship with your business are listed on your profile automatically. If the delivery app is the first order button a guest sees, the guest who already chose you pays the app's fee. Fixing that costs nothing and comes before any ad.
Set as the preferred links on the profile, so the guest who already chose you books with you.
Menu, minimum order, capacity and a quote form. The ad lands here, never on the home page.
Catering, private rooms, events and the holiday calendar. Not the walk-in search the map answers.
Catering quotes and event deposits imported back against the ad, so the account learns what pays.
The Census Bureau's advance estimate puts sales at food services and drinking places at $105,070 million in August 2026, seasonally adjusted, 5.8 percent above August 2025. These are advance estimates and will be revised.
The National Restaurant Association projected in February that 2026 sales would reach $1.55 trillion, with employment of 15.8 million jobs at more than 1 million locations. In July it cut the growth forecast to 4.3 percent, half a point below the start of the year, and to 0.8 percent after inflation. Growth that thin is why every catering order and private event counts.

No published figure tells us what a catering lead costs a restaurant like yours, so this table does not print one. It shows who each channel reaches and where it falls down.
| Channel | Who it reaches | What it costs you | Where it falls down |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Everyone searching near me or your name | Nothing but upkeep | Third-party order links appear on it automatically unless yours are set first |
| Google Ads, catering and events | The office, the family and the couple planning ahead | Per click; most catering clicks run $1 to $7 | Wasted if it lands on the home page instead of a catering page |
| Local Services Ads, restaurant category | People searching your cuisine where Google offers it | Per lead | No Google Verified badge for dining, so reviews carry the listing |
| Delivery and booking apps | People browsing the app | A share of every order or cover | They charge the same on guests who already knew you |
| Social media | People who were not searching | Content time and boosted posts | A follower is not a cover; hard to tie to a booking |

A corporate lunch order for 60, a private room for a rehearsal dinner and a Mother's Day brunch are three different sales with three different calendars. Each line below gets its own campaign and its own page, and the walk-in search is left to the map.
Catering near me is searched about 135,000 times a month at $1.14 to $5.54 a click, and peaks in December.
Private room dining near me runs about 27,100 a month from September to January and 12,100 in June and July.
The December catering peak and the autumn private room peak are the same buyer: a company booking its party.
Easter brunch near me reached about 301,000 searches in April. Mother's Day brunch near me hit 301,000 in May.
Wedding catering is searched about 22,200 times a month, and the couple books months ahead.
Birthday and anniversary dinners, sent to your own booking link rather than a third-party fee.
Google's Order with Google lets a restaurant take pickup and delivery orders through its Business Profile.
The few weeks when a restaurant has to be found before the reviews exist.
The map answers both at no cost. Ad money there is buying guests who were already coming.
None of those is a cover or an order. Ask what the report says about catering quotes and event deposits.
An ad for catering that lands on the home page loses the planner in a scroll. Each line needs its own page.
Catering searches rise by half again into December. A flat budget is too much in summer and too little when it counts.
Google's US Local Services Ads list, read on 8 October 2026, carries 57 categories with the word Restaurant in them, from Mexican Restaurant to Pizza Restaurant, plus bakeries and coffee shops. The same page says, word for word, "The Google Verified badge is currently unavailable for verticals in the auto, beauty, and dining categories." A restaurant listing there is carried by its reviews and its profile, so we set it up only where your category is listed in your area. Read from Google's own category list.

For catering, private dining and events, often yes, because one booking feeds a group. For the walk-in near me search, usually not, because the map and your Business Profile already answer it at no cost.

Yes. Blue Grid Media is a Google Partner. Each account manager handles 20 accounts at most, so your account gets looked at every week rather than once a quarter.
Yes. Julian, who runs Blue Grid Media, works with clients in Spanish from the first call through onboarding, support and the monthly report, and writes Spanish ad copy himself rather than running it through a translator.
Google says the screening process takes three to four weeks on average after you submit your documents. Google Ads can run while it completes, so the account does not sit idle.
We charge $445 a month for Local Services Ads management, from $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to you and we never take a percentage of it. Campaign landing pages are included.

We do not sell restaurant leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads and Local Services Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
We provide exclusive restaurant leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by the neighbourhoods your guests come from rather than where we sit.
Not on the list does not mean not covered. We run restaurant accounts nationwide across the United States, including smaller and rural markets where the auction is usually cheaper than any metro above.
Blue Grid Media runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads for restaurants with several locations, including franchise groups, with catering and private dining campaigns per location, with one campaign set and one Local Services Ads profile per location, every account in the owner's name, at $599 a location a month for 2 to 9 locations, $499 at 10 and $350 an account at 20, month to month.
Google lists showing more than one ad for your business in a single ad location as a prohibited practice. Locations in the same metro are given markets instead of bidding against each other for the same restaurant search.
Google asks a business serving several locations for business and employee level licences for each one, and where locations serve the same area it shows only the highest ranking ad. Each location gets its own profile, drawn to its own area.
A tracking number per location and booked work imported per location, so the budget moves each month to the locations with capacity and the best cost per booked job.
For a franchise, location targets are copied from the territory list in the agreement, brand searches run once from the fund, and each lead goes to the owner of the territory it came from.
A single location stays on $445 for Local Services Ads, $695 for Google Ads and $995 for both. Across the team's career we have managed franchise groups of 20 to 36 locations and 250+ contractor accounts. The account shapes are on our multi-location page, and franchise systems have their own page.
A planner searching catering wants the menu, the minimum order and a quote form. A family booking a room wants the capacity and the price. A page per line, with your own order link set first on your profile, turns the search into the booking.
Most local searches happen on a phone, so the page is built to load fast there. Faster pages convert more of the clicks you have already paid for.
Every call and form is connected to tracking from day one, so you can see which ads and which pages actually produce booked work rather than just traffic.
On-page SEO and local schema markup so the site earns map and organic visibility over time instead of only working while the ads are switched on.
Bring your catering menu, your private room capacity and the months you are slow. Twenty minutes gives you which searches are worth paying for, when in the year to spend, and what a booked event should cost in ads on your numbers. No charge.
