A mason earns from two kinds of customer. The owner of an old brick house who has just noticed the mortar is gone searches for tuckpointing by name and wants somebody this month. The homeowner planning a stone patio or a retaining wall is comparing portfolios over weeks. One account, two campaigns, two definitions of a lead. A third line, chimney work, belongs on its own page.

Masonry is a trade where almost nobody shops for an agency, so the owners who call us have usually been found by one. These are the four things they say about how that went.
I got 30 leads last spring and 28 of them were tuckpointing. My stone work sat empty.
One budget across repair and new work funds the cheaper click, and the repair click is cheaper. The stone patio and the retaining wall need their own campaign, their own page of your finished work, and a bid the repair campaign cannot spend.
A lead company sold me the same homeowner they sold to three other masons.
Two of the top four terms in this trade's keyword data are a lead seller's product name. A lead sold to several masons is a race to the phone. A lead from an account in your own name was never sold to anyone else.
Half the calls were people asking what a pallet of brick costs.
Brick prices, mortar mix, how to lay, veneer panels for sale. Supply and DIY searches click all day and never become a job. They go on the negative list before the first dollar, and the repair ad carries a per-foot range so the shopper does not dial.
Every stone job I quote, the homeowner has three other portfolios open on the kitchen table.
That is how new work is bought, and the ad should accept it. The page shows more of your work than the competitor's does, the conversion is a design visit rather than a phone call, and the account is given the month the decision actually takes.
The two halves of masonry are bought differently. Repair is searched by the problem: tuckpointing, repointing, spalling brick, a cracked lintel, a leaning retaining wall. The searcher knows the word and wants a quote. New work is searched by the picture: stone veneer, outdoor kitchen, patio, steps. The searcher is comparing portfolios and will decide in a month.
A single masonry budget funds the cheaper click, which is usually the repair. Then it reports a healthy lead count while the portfolio work never gets a fair bid. Two campaigns, two pages, and two conversions fix that.

Tuckpointing, repointing, brick replacement, lintels, steps. The ad names the problem and a starting price; the conversion is an estimate this week.
Stone veneer, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features. The ad shows the work, the page shows more of it, and the conversion is a design visit.
Chimney repair, crowns, rebuilds and relining are covered by our <a href="/chimney-sweep-marketing-agency">chimney page</a>. A mason who does chimney work links the two accounts rather than running the line twice.
Pull masonry marketing terms from Keyword Planner and two of the top entries carry a lead seller's product name. We left them in the table below rather than clean them out, because they show something. A trade with a few hundred searches a month for help is already being sold leads by name. A lead sold to several masons is a race to the phone. A lead from an account in your own name is yours.
Brick prices, mortar mix, how to lay, stone veneer panels for sale. Clicked all day, never a job.
A mason searching a lead seller by name is not your customer either.
Per square foot for tuckpointing, per step for steps. The price filters the shopper.
One number per campaign, both sent back to Google against the click.
No masonry cost per lead is published anywhere we trust, so this table has no lead price in it. It has what each channel reaches, what it costs in kind, and where it breaks for this trade.
| Channel | Who it reaches | What it costs you | Where it falls down |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads, repair terms | Tuckpointing, repointing, lintels, steps, leaning walls | Per click, in an auction masons rarely crowd | With one budget it swallows the new-work spend |
| Google Ads, new work | Stone veneer, patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls | Per click, plus a page that has to beat three other portfolios | Judged on calls it looks dead; judged on design visits it is the year's profit |
| Lead sellers | Whoever searched masonry leads | Per lead, shared; masonry leads is MEDIUM competition and two top terms are a seller's brand | The same homeowner is sold to several masons and the lowest number wins |
| Local Services Ads | Nobody, for masonry | Nothing, because there is no masonry, brick or stone category | Foundations services, Landscaping and Carpenters exist; use them only for that work |
| Chimney work | The owner with a crown, a reline or a rebuild | Its own account structure on our chimney page | Run twice, once here and once there, it bids against itself |
Category status read from Google's list on 4 October 2026. Competition on the leads terms is from Keyword Planner the same day, lead seller brand names included. No masonry cost per lead, ticket or close rate is claimed, because none is published for the trade.
Google publishes the categories eligible for US Local Services Ads. Foundations services is there, Landscaping services is there, Carpenters is there. Masonry, brick and stone are not, under any name. Mortar also has a temperature it will not cure below, which compresses the year in most of the country the way it does for concrete; we do not print a percentage for it because it varies by climate.
No masonry cost per lead, ticket size, close rate or seasonality figure, because none is published for the trade and our dataset does not track it. Google's US Local Services Ads list was read on 4 October 2026; the seven categories restricted to California and Florida are architect, drain expert, home insulation, insurance agency, interior designer, piercing studio and tattoo studio. The keyword figures below are Keyword Planner's, lead seller brand names included.
Tuckpointing a wall, building a stone patio and repairing a chimney are three buyers at three tickets, and our chimney page already owns the third. The lines below are the brick and stone work this page is for, each with its own campaign.
Searched by name by owners of old brick. Urgent when water gets in, and the most common first job.
Spalling, cracked lintels, bulging walls. Searched by the problem, and a door into larger work.
Design-led, portfolio-sold, and contested by few advertisers.
Engineering and drainage as much as masonry. Searched precisely, and a higher ticket than most residential masonry.
Small, frequent, and the job a homeowner can picture, which makes the ad easy to write.
A hardscape and masonry overlap. Design-driven and seasonal.
Owned by our chimney page. A mason who does chimney work links the two accounts rather than running it twice.
Property managers, historic buildings, bids. A separate campaign if you want it at all.
It is not a category. Ask them to show you where it appears on Google's own list.
The repair click is cheaper and the budget goes there, while the portfolio work that pays the year never gets a fair bid.
Two of the top terms in this trade's keyword data are a lead seller's product. A lead sold to several masons is a race. A lead from your own account is not.
We read Google's own US category list on 4 October 2026 and masonry does not appear on it under any name. Paid search here means Google Ads, where you bid on keywords and pay per click. Anyone offering you masonry Local Services Ads has not checked.
These are the terms masonry contractors use when they look for marketing help, from Google Keyword Planner for the United States. Two of the entries carry a lead seller's product name, which we left in so you can see how much of this small audience is already being sold leads.

Run on 4 October 2026, United States, English. About 200 searches a month across every term, from Keyword Planner for the United States on 4 October 2026, and two of the four real entries are a lead seller's product name. Almost no mason is shopping for an agency online, which is why almost nothing has been written for them, and why a masonry account tends to find the auction quieter than expected.
From $695 a month for Google Ads management. No setup fee, no contract, month to month. Ad spend is billed by Google straight to you and we never take a percentage of it. Custom landing pages for your campaigns are included at no charge.
We do not quote you a Local Services Ads price, because Google has no masonry category to manage. Our $445 Local Services Ads tier and the $995 combined tier exist for the trades Google does list, and they are on the services page if you also run a business in one of those. The ad account is opened in your name and stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. We publish what other agencies charge in our 62-agency pricing study.
Blue Grid Media is a masonry marketing agency that runs Google Ads for brick, stone and masonry repair contractors across the United States, publishes its pricing at from $695 a month for Google Ads management, works month to month with no contract and no setup fee, and opens every masonry ad account in the contractor's own name so the leads are exclusive rather than shared. Masonry is not a Google Local Services Ads category, so we do not sell masonry Local Services Ads to anybody.
Blue Grid Media provides exclusive masonry leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total, generated from a Google Ads account held in the client's own name rather than bought from a lead seller and shared, priced at from $695 a month for Google Ads management, month to month with no contract and no setup fee.
No. We read Google's own US Local Services Ads category list on 4 October 2026 and no masonry, brick or stone category appears on it, while Foundations services, Landscaping services and Carpenters do. Any agency selling you masonry Local Services Ads has not checked. Your paid search option is Google Ads.
We do not publish one, because no credible figure exists for the trade and our dataset does not track it. We price the management flat and let your own account produce the figure over the first few months.
As a linked line, not a duplicated one. Our chimney page covers chimney repair, crowns, rebuilds and relining, and a mason who does that work runs it from that structure while this account carries the brick, stone and retaining wall work.
Because the buyer is different. Tuckpointing is searched by name by somebody who wants a quote this week; a stone patio is compared on portfolios over a month. One budget funds the cheaper click and starves the other.
Yes, no minimum and no contract. The account is small by nature, because the demand is specific, and that suits a company that can take a few jobs a month.
From $695 a month for Google Ads management, with no setup fee, no contract and month to month terms. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to you and we never take a percentage of it, and campaign landing pages are included. We do not quote a Local Services Ads price for masonry work, because Google has no masonry category to manage.
You do. We open it in your name and it stays there, along with the landing pages, the call tracking numbers and the conversion history. If you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because none of it was ever ours.
We do not sell masonry leads and we do not resell them. We build and run the Google Ads account in your name, which means every call and form that comes out of it belongs to you alone. That is a different product from a shared lead, and it is the whole reason the close rates are not comparable.
We provide exclusive masonry leads in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix, and in roughly 50 United States metros in total. Campaigns are managed remotely, so the market is set by where your crews work rather than where we sit.
Not on the list does not mean not covered. We run masonry accounts nationwide across the United States, including smaller and rural markets where the auction is usually cheaper than any metro above.
A tuckpointing customer wants a price and a date. A stone patio customer wants a portfolio. One page cannot serve both, which is why each campaign on a masonry account lands on its own.
Most contractor searches happen on a phone, so the page is built to load fast there. Faster pages convert more of the clicks you have already paid for.
Every call and form is connected to tracking from day one, so you can see which ads and which pages actually produce booked work rather than just traffic.
On-page SEO and local schema markup so the site earns map and organic visibility over time instead of only working while the ads are switched on.
Bring the work you want more of and the months you can lay. We will work out which lines homeowners search by name in your market, what a repair estimate can cost, and whether chimney work belongs in this account or its own. No charge.
